Reports – Add TIN and Address Columns in Reports for PH (BIR Compliance)
Hi Xero Team,
I would like to suggest a feature enhancement that would greatly benefit users in the Philippines.
Currently, when generating reports (such as Transaction Reports, General Ledger, or Contact-based reports), there is no option to display the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and registered address of contacts as columns.
Including TIN and address fields in report columns would significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in preparing BIR compliance reports such as:
- SLSP (Summary List of Sales and Purchases)
- QAP ( Quarterly Alphalist of Payees)
- SAWT (Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes)
At present, users need to manually extract or cross-reference this information from contact records, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
Suggested Enhancement:
Add optional columns for:
* Contact TIN
* Registered Address
Make these fields available across relevant reports and exportable formats (Excel/PDF)
This feature will greatly enhance Xero’s usability for businesses operating in jurisdictions with strict tax reporting requirements like the Philippines.
Thank you
