Reports - Ability to include any reports into the Management Report pack
Flexibility to select what reports are included in a report pack, e.g., Payroll Employee summary
Hi Team.
I’m struggling to understand why Xero hasn’t resolved this issue. What technical limitation prevents certain reports from being included in a custom report pack, especially when other reports in the same reporting window are available for selection? The process doesn’t seem particularly complex, so it’s unclear why this remains a problem.
Since the reports are generated individually and not merged, it should be possible to allow users to include whichever reports they need in a custom report pack.
Given the substantial subscription cost, this limitation feels like poor customer service. Many users have requested this feature, so it’s disappointing that these concerns haven’t been addressed.
Hi Pieter, thanks for starting the conversation around this. Being able to include additional reports, such as the Payroll Employee Summary, in Management report packs could make it easier to create complete management and client reporting packs without needing to combine documents manually.

Thank you for updating the idea's status to Gaining Support. We need the flexibility to compile a report pack that includes any of the reports we can download individually from Xero.
The ability to group reports based on unique business reporting needs is essential, as these requirements vary widely. If a report is available for individual download, it should also be possible to include it in a report pack.
Restricting the report pack to only certain reports, while excluding others, would render the feature pointless.
