Customer Credit Limit vs Sales Report
I'd like a report that combines customer credit limits with their sales activity in one place.
Currently, there is no single report available that provides this information. I run an Aged Receivables Report to include Credit Limits (which only shows customers with active, outstanding balances).
Run an Income by Customer Report for historical sales data.
Export both to Excel and manually merge the dataset and add in missed customers.
For a customer base of approximately 700 customers, this process takes an entire day to complete.
A report showing Customer Name, Credit Limit, Current Balance, Total Sales (selected period), Average Monthly Sales, and Credit Limit Utilisation % would make credit reviews much more efficient and help identify customers whose limits should be increased or decreased.
This would save significant time and improve credit risk management.
