separate AS to BAS or PAYG or GST instalment
We are attempting to create separate saved report lists for different return types, such as:
Business Activity Statements (BAS)
IAS/PAYG Withholding
GST Instalments
However, we are unable to get the filters to work correctly.
We have loaded the BAS correctly into Xero as per instructions.
As shown in the attached screenshot, we have created a filter using Tax Type = Business Activity Statement, but no records are returned, despite having BAS returns in the system.
We have reviewed and followed the troubleshooting steps and suggestions available in the Xero portal and help articles, but have been unable to achieve the desired result.
Could you please advise:
Whether it is possible to create separate saved lists for BAS, IAS/PAYG, GST Instalments and other return types?
If so, what filter settings should be used?
Are there any known issues currently affecting tax return filtering within Xero Practice Manager/Xero Tax?
Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
