Bank feed - FNB South Africa
Bank feed interruptions - First National Bank is causing huge delays and back log of work piling up. I've not been able to connect or refresh clients bank feeds since mid Feb. This is really an ongoing issue.

I have just seen that the bank feed needs to go through something called Plaid. this system is only supported in the USA according to and article I found on Xero's support page. Please bring back the old bank connect because at least that worked. uploading bank statements manually is currently not an option. It is HIGHLY time consuming and we subscribed to this system to stop that time suck!

Please advise if this FNB bank feed issue has been resolved. I have contacted FNB Enterprise banking and they say it definitely an issue on the Xero side.
As with the other users, this is critical. -

The FNB Bank feed has been faulty for over a year now. When will this issue be sorted? This is seriously becoming a problem and wasting a lot of time trying to update the bank feed.

We have been having the same problem. Can't refresh feeds for the last 2 or 3 months. Please advise on the way foward.
