Bills - not approved or Purchase orders Cancel option
It would be practical to have the option to also not approve an invoice or flag it as in review to avoid it appearing as just not seen if not approved.
For purchase orders, iperhaps also a cancel option so we keep a history of purchase orders instead of just deleting them
