Purchase Order Delivery Address -
The drop down menu is messy and out of order.
Currently I can see all the old saved delivery addresses (from the old set up) and they are in alphabetical order, easy to scroll through.
All the new delivery addresses (when you updated the PO's) are saved but saved in chronological order. Very difficult when I want to reuse a delivery address.
There is also no search function to search the saved list.
Currently you can only search contact list.
We have many Suppliers and they have multiple delivery addresses (Example: clothing stores - One supplier but stores all over Australia with different delivery addresses).
We save each store delivery address details in the PO as a saved address and need to be able to find it easily, as required.
Please put saved addresses in alphabetical order and have a search option for saved list.
I have just realised the Address Lable puts it in alphabetical order.
But it would be good to have it in order either way.
Please also add the Address Lable at the top of the delivery address.
Currently I duplicate the Address Lable to the first line of the delivery address.
So when we send it to a Supplier they have the store name and address in delivery details.

Thanks for bringing this to the community. We understand the request to make the delivery address dropdown on purchase orders easier to navigate. Having addresses displayed alphabetically or in consistent order could reduce the time spent looking for a particular location.
