    The work around is to save them as PDFs and send them from Outlook but that’s a pain because you have to remember to manually edit the contact details each time prior to saving the file.

    Most of my clients have multiple construction sites with their own budgets and individual project managers. They need a copy of everything and I have to send invoices to Accounts Payable.

    We need the ability to easily change the recipient and select multiple recipients without having to manually edit the contact every time.

    Perhaps a drop down menu on the contact details area would work.

    This is incredibly important within the building industry, manufacturing plants and any other company that has multiple sites or multiple departments and therefore multiple cost centers with different managers.

    Please develop a drop down 'contacts' box in the quote and invoice generators so we can easily address them to the correct people without having to type it in each time. It's such a frustrating waste of time having to manually edit the contact and worse yet, having to regenerate the quote or invoice if you forget to change the details.

    Appreciate your input here, everyone. This is a feature that our team have looked into and would like to develop for AU Payroll, however there are a few other key pieces of work lined up before they get a chance to explore this further.

    Hey community, 👋 thanks for all your support on this idea, I’m pleased to let you know that this has been delivered for UK Payroll initially! It includes the ability to select the date range you’re interested in, and check boxes to either select all results or multiple. Then you can download your selection as a single PDF of multiple payslips.

    For users in AU and NZ we know this is a highly anticipated feature, however to be open this is not any immediate plans for those teams so we’ll leave this idea open. While we appreciate it doesn’t help employers needing bulk downloads, employees can be invited into the Xero Me portal to self-serve payslip collection.

    I first requested this about five or six years ago I think. The discussion thread is still going. We add wholesale purchase costs in Product and Services so the background info is already loaded within XERO.

    If we're selling multiple items and services we don't necessarily want to add a blanket discount. We need to see profit dollars on each item. We need to be able to see that each item is profitable, but also need to see if there's room to move on price without having to use a quoting app or open an excel file to calculate it separately.
