    It would be great is there was a field that showed when a bank rule was last applied to a transaction. And then to have the ability to sort them in the order of when they were last used.

    I would like to see this plus staff access rights reporting. It is very time consuming having to go into each staff member to check.

    Ideally there we could create staff access profiles so we can set up new staff using the appropriate profile rather than having to create each new staff member individually.

    The profiles could also be used to bulk update staff access rights rather than editing each staff member individually.

    Please add cash coding to the Starter plan It is available on the cashbook and Standard plans so why not Starter?

    Please add this feature. I have never wanted the costs copied from an existing job and it just creates extra work every time.

    Hi community, we're aware of the importance of being able to preview page breaks in Xero Reporting is to you, and would like to test a design concept which we've come up with that may not be as interruptive to other workflows as initially thought.

    If you'd like to help us to validate this, please Reply to this update, and our team will reach out shortly to connect and find a time that suits to have a  conversation. This will involve;

    • About a 30 minute video call, during which we'd like to share your screen to demonstrate your workflow and interact with our prototype designs. 
    • We may ask to record this (which you have the right to decline).
    • These sessions will be booked between 8 - 17 May

    If we receive an overwhelming response, we may not be able to contact everyone, however I will round back to the idea…

    Thanks for your interest in being able to send a PDF of an invoice via the Xero Network. 


    While this isn't something we're looking to develop atm. For those in AU and NZ you could look into sending e invoices via the Peppol network. 


    Through e invoices you can attach and include files as well as a PDF of the invoice - See more on Xero Central

    Thanks for all the detail around the different scenarios a pause function for the timer would help with.


    Our team have been taking interest in ideas in the forums here. 

    With the way the timer works with Practice Manager today, developing the ability to pause this would require extensive work and this isn't something we're able to resource at this time.


    As we enhance integrations through practice manager our practice teams will continue to track ideas on the site here, and share if there's any change.

    Sorry for the status confusion here, Simone. Atm, our team has no plan in building the ability to roll forwards the balance sheet items in Workpapers for now. Rest assured that we’ll still gauge the interest in the community here, so keep voting and let us know how this feature can ease your workflow.
