    Hi everyone, a quick update on multi-authorisation for Payday Super.

    We recognise that multi-authorisation is a priority for many of you, particularly as Payday Super approaches and businesses review how they manage super payments in Xero.

    Our Product team is actively working on an enhanced workflow for this, which is on track for release next quarter.

    We’ll share more updates as soon as we have more to confirm.

    Not all leave is planned in advance, so unfortunately not realistic 'to just switch users before you head off on leave'!

    Super is taking the full 7 days from processing to land in people's super fund. This means to be compliant there can be do delay in approving, so it is essential that more than one person in a business has the ability to authorise payments.

    Just adding my voice to all the others on this. This should have been actioned prior to July 1. It is vital to have more than one person in a business be able to process super now it has to be done weekly. PLEASE PRIORITISE THIS ESSENTIAL FUNCTION.

    Appreciate you raising the idea, Emma. To round back and confirm current functionality - If needing to send emails for invoices to multiple customers at once you could use the email feature from the contacts list view - See our Xero central article for detail on this. 

    If it's something you'd commonly do you may like this article in helping you set up email templates where you could create and save a custom template that you'd use when sending an overdue invoice. 

    It'd be good to hear if there is detail that this method doesn't help you resolve, that we can share back with our product team.

    Any update here? Would be great (and surely common sense?!?) to be able to choose to who/when to send reminder emails to rather all or nothing.

    Please add a registered address field!!

    Xero seems to treat registered address and postal address interchangeably when they are not the same thing! There should be 3 address fields we can fill out in our organisation settings:

    * Physical address
    * Postal address
    * Registered address

    I don't understand how this is not an option! Being able to provide a quote is a totally different role to being able to send an invoice.

    Hi there, we appreciate you raised this a little while ago. This isn't something we have plans for in the near term.

    Not getting a lot of support from other members we’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If it’s still highly valuable to you, welcome to start it again and see if it gets renewed interest.

    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your thoughts on having a payroll report that calculates payroll state tax. We understand some of you are required to calculate tax across multiple states.

    While we don't currently have a report which calculates earnings based on state, some of you have mentioned workarounds such as using the Payroll Activity Summary report. This report includes earnings totals and can be filtered by a date range and employee groups.

    We recognise the value a report of this nature could have for our customers and it’s been added to the wider pool of ideas for our product team to consider for future development.

    While it’s not on our immediate roadmap, we’ll be sure to keep you looped in if there’s any progress.

    Hi team, we appreciate your engagement in the idea here however we want to be open that we don't have any plans for developing repeat spend or receive money transactions atm.

    If you have the suggest previous entries option turned on in your bank account, you may find that overtime Xero suggests create transactions based on your previous reconciliations.

    Alternatively, you could look to create bank rules for these scenarios where Xero will pick up commonalities in your rules to your statement lines and help with reconciliations.
