Thank you for engaging with us about how we could develop Invoice reminders so you can get more out of using this feature.
We've begun some research to help develop the future of Invoice reminders. I'd like to share this form where you can sign up to be a part of this.
Our team may reach out for input in surveys or direct interviews throughout the research, and you feedback would be very valuable in this.

Hi community, we'd like to confirm that enabling phone numbers to be stored against additional people within a contact record is not something we have plans to develop at this time. This may be a function we look to explore in the long-term so we're still interested to get a clearer understanding of users that'd like to see this developed, and will continue to track this through the conversation here. If there's any change we will let you know on on this idea.

Thanks for everyone's feedback on viewing contact notes from the list view. We appreciate hearing how this could help manage payment details, terms of service, and client information across contacts.
While this maybe something we consider further in the future we want to be upfront here that this is not something we have planned in the roadmap.
We'll keep a track of the interest this idea continues to build in votes, and should there be any change we will updated you all, here.

Hi everyone, though there isn't any progress to share on this idea we do want to provide and update for you all and thank you for engaging with us about this here.
We understand the desire and needs for being able to change or set a separate reply to email address when sending from your Xero organisation.
We're continuing to make improvements to sending of invoices in Xero however at this point our roadmaps does not extend to the email settings specifically.
This continues to be an area we're interested in diving deeper into in the long term and we'll be sure to share as soon as there's movement.
For the time being the only way to change the Reply-to email is to update this on the email settings screen prior to sending your transaction and change it back post sending. Thanks

Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.
For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.
This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

Hi everyone, we'd like to return with an update for all who've supported the idea for attaching files within Payroll.
As we develop foundations of payroll to enable us to consider new features like this, we're beginning discovery of how we might build this capability and when this could be planned in our roadmap.
This is just the initial stages of diving deeper into this work, but steering in the right direction.
I'll be sure to share any progression around attachments within payroll with you all, here.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback on this idea, community. We appreciate that having to manually select attachments on every invoice can feel a little fiddly. We get that you want a smoother workflow, that saves you time.
As noted by others in the idea, one option for now would be to add standard files, like your terms and conditions, directly to your invoice template. That way, they'll be included automatically when you send out your invoices.
To confirm how this functionality currently works - this is based on the user and driven by the last invoice that was sent. Where you have files attached, and you had selected to include files as an attachment when emailing the invoice, the next invoice you send with file attachments should have this selected by default.
A caveat to this is when you are working in incognito mode, or refresh your browser…
