Hi Jo, thanks for sharing this great idea for improving practice efficiency. We understand how valuable a better audit trail and a more streamlined process would be for keeping client details up-to-date.
We've reviewed your suggestion to have client information updated in XPM, such as addresses or bank details, sync directly with the ATO Portal. This idea is now ready to gain support from other community members.
Along with votes, others can now comment to share how this direct integration would improve the workflow and data accuracy for their own practice. 🙂

Hi Megan, thanks for your feedback on the new Partner Hub experience when entering client addresses. Your input is valuable to and appreciated. We have moved this idea to Gaining Support and the Product team will be looking over all the feedback from our customers/partners so they can get a better idea of the experience and functionality of the new platform. Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.
While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

Right now, our product team are looking into the ability to search via TFN from the Client list.
They're in exploration atm, so I'll keep you updated on further progress here.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing the different types of relationships you'd like to be able to track in Practice Manager.
While we're making a lot of improvements to Clients with the new unified experience, we want to be upfront that developing more custom relationships like you're after here isn't on our roadmap.
We'll continue to monitor and track the interest of this idea for future planning, and if there's any change to the status of this one, we'll let you know here.

I'm disappointed to see this hasn't been implemented yet. This feature is so essential, and I can't imagine it being difficult to add as part of the relationship functionality.

This is a critical feature that needs to be restored.
I don’t understand why it was removed—updating group member addresses one by one is extremely time-consuming. The update should have improved efficiency and functionality, but it’s done the opposite.
