Hi everyone, thanks for sharing and supporting this idea.
We can see how being able to add supplier BPAY details directly to a contact would be helpful, especially when a supplier only accepts BPAY. Right now, Xero only supports bank account details on the contact, so BPAY details like biller code and reference number aren’t captured in a dedicated way.
We’re moving this idea to Gaining Support so we can better understand how many customers this impacts and the different ways BPAY is being used. If this would help your workflow, please add your vote and share a comment with a bit more detail about how you currently manage these payments.

Hi Anikam, thanks for taking the time to suggest this.
Being able to pay bills directly through Wise from within Xero could help streamline international payment workflows and reduce the need to switch between platforms.

Hi everyone, thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback and support this idea. We’ve taken another look here and, while we don’t have plans to develop DOCX further, we have released and are continuing to roll out our invoice editor. It’s replacing the Standard branding theme first, and from there will continue to evolve with more of the invoice customisation we know customers are looking for across things like logos, fonts and colours.
We know this won’t be the update some of you were hoping for, especially for those wanting more flexibility in how invoices look and feel. To help keep updates relevant to the specific changes being asked for, we’d really encourage you to add your vote to the ideas below, as they’re more closely related to those points:

Hey everyone, as you're aware the ATO are implementing Payday superannuation amendments in July 2026. This will significantly change the way Automatic Superannuation in Xero works. Whilst we don't have any specifics on how this will look in Xero payroll, our product team are working hard to make the necessary changes to keep our customers compliant in a user friendly way. We've moved the current status to In Development. We'll be reaching out closer to July to let payroll customers know how PayDay super will work in Xero.

Hi everyone, we just wanted to provide a quick update on this one as the upcoming payday super changes will be top of everyone's minds.
The current approval step is important for both cash flow management and security and the community has also suggested a few different ideas on how to approach this:
- Setting up multiple auto super authorisers - currently in discovery
- Super Payment Authorisation via Xero Verify - currently gaining support
If either of these ideas reflects what’d work best for you, please add your vote, to help us get a clearer understanding what matters most to our community.
When we’re through the thick of EOY and initial payday super is rolled out, our product team will circle back around to these ideas to review.
