We appreciate the support in being able to combine multiple expenses, here.
At present, this isn't something we have planned, but we'll continue to keep a pulse on the interest for this here.
Currently, from the web there is an option to 'Approve all' expenses for a single employee. 🙂

Hi Lilly, with Xero expenses you can upload a copy of a receipt and have it auto capture the contents to create an expense through the app - See more on this here
Is there a reason you'd prefer to email receipts to your org over the existing method? Will help when sharing back with the team.

Hi everyone, as another step toward improving history of new invoicing you'll find you'll now see an entry when an invoice is sent, and the email address it has been sent to.
We appreciate this is something we've heard a fair amount of feedback on and we hope helps in your journey to using new invoicing.
We still have more enhancements on the way for history and I'll be back again when more updates land.

Hi community, with reconcile period being the most frequently requested feature by our Xero customers in the US and Canada, this feature was released to these regions as a primary. We know in these regions this workflow is more familiar than Xero’s existing bank reconciliation workflow where you categorize and match transactions as you go.
We're evaluating the need for the feature in other regions but at this stage no decision has been made. Our product teams will continue to track the support for this on the idea here, and I'll be sure to share if there are any updates on expanding this feature to other regions.

Hi team, appreciate wanting an update - I'm pleased to share the beta went well and we've now launched international bill payments for our UK customers, making it easier to pay overseas suppliers.
Using open banking, UK businesses can now securely send money to 180+ countries including Europe (EUR), America (USD) and Australia (AUD). Whether you're paying a single bill or multiple bills at once, you can authorise payments prepared by your team and easily track which suppliers have been paid.
We’re committed to new ways to expand our bill payments feature for small businesses and their advisors in other regions by leveraging new technologies, where available. I'll keep you updated of any further developments for this, here.

Yes! At the moment we can filter by staff member but they're not even in date order. Filter by date, filter by supplier within each staff member would be common sense. We have a huge list linked to multiple credit cards and it's so hard to find particular ones.
