Sales invoices - Flag an invoice as 'in dispute / query'
Ability to flag an invoice when it’s in dispute or query.
Purpose: To ensure users do not pay an invoice when it is currently 'under query/dispute' in error.

Taking on board all your comments there are two sides of the fence when looking at flagging an invoice as 'in dispute' - Looking at the ability to flag a bill/supplier invoice as 'in dispute', versus the ability to flag a customer invoice as 'in dispute'.
It'd be good to get understanding of the interest in each individually so we've started a new idea for bills that you can add your support for.
But to give clarity, currently we do not have plans for developing a flag for bills, or sales invoices.
For those looking for this feature in sales invoice although not specific to each invoice, you may be able to make use of Credit Limits - Find out more and explore how to set up a limit for your customers through Xero Central.

Improved Community Forums - Communities by country
My suggestions are as follows:
Forum topics devoted to actual components of Xero i.e. Sales, Payables, Payroll etc
Current topics aren't specific or indicative of where to post your question or browse. (Delivered)Communities by Country
Information would be accurate to country of business residence.
Saves going into many posts that aren't relevant to country accounting standards.
Users wouldn't have to preface each subject with country code
16 votesIt's good to hear how we can improve our forums for you all to continue engaging with one another within Xero's community. With the launch of Xero Product Ideas in April, we took the opportunity to restructure the site in a more meaningful way for our customers.
The forums are split by product - In for small businesses, you'll find categories that represent feature in your blue Xero organsiation. While over in for accountants & bookkeepers, you can support ideas for Xero's Partner products and features aimed at practices servicing Xero clients.
Communities by country is something we'll continue to assess. We appreciate how greater visibility of a users time zone could help with navigation of knowledge and ideas. In the meantime, you'll find in the forums here and across in Xero Central Discussions community managers may sometimes edit the title of a community discussion to include most relevant regions…

Ability to bulk add and delete tracking options on invoices
Purpose: Ease of updating old invoices and purchases.

We do want to highlight the ability to bulk recode transactions from one tracking option to another through Find & Recode - while only available to those with the Adviser role this will allow you to accomplish what's being asked here.

Login - Enable Windows Azure Active Directory Single Sign On

Purpose: It makes Microsoft users easily log into Xero.

Login - Don't Log Me Out/Extend Log Out Time (more than 60 minutes)
Develop the feature where Xero doesn't log user out time is extended for more than 60 minutes when it’s idle.
Purpose: Because having to log in again can disrupt users' workflow, which some users had to be interrupted as they’re also taking care of their business at the same time.

Xero Network - Include PDF of Invoice when sent with Xero Network Key
Automatically include PDF of invoice when sending it via Xero Network Key.
Purpose: Some clients need to see the attachment of the invoice. It’s also good for audit purposes.

While this isn't something we're looking to develop atm. For those in AU and NZ you could look into sending e invoices via the Peppol network.

Contacts - Permanently delete if no records
Ability to delete contacts who have no related records/activity.
Purpose: Because some contact that has no record shouldn’t be visible in Xero and can just be deleted.

Purpose: Users can easily be reminded. Which will make it easier for them to order the product/stock for their business when they know that they have been paid.

Setting up a clearing account in the chart of accounts.
Purpose: Users can use it as an actual bank account rather than creating a fake bank account in Xero. As this is important in some Payroll cases.
