  1. Currently this badge is displayed for the additional people only when there's at least a first name associated with them, but often our "additional people" are only email addresses with no first/last names, an the only way to see whether the "included in emails" option has been enabled for them is to enter two nested edit modes (4 clicks total). This is really unnecessary. Just display the badge if the box has been checked!

  2. When bulk importing invoices, I want everything to have the same item code and description.

    BUT when they import, the item description does not pull through.

    And the item code needs reclicking to make it pull through.

    Therefore, you have to go into every invoice individually.

    It should be updated so that when you import invoices, everything pulls through correctly.

  3. Suggestion: enable the 'Columns' feature that is available in the customer activity list to more parts of Xero. I would like to be able to hide the 'Cost Price' column from Products & Services on the front-of-house system so it's not visible to customers when we are doing a price check.

  5. I would like to have my contractor be able to submit timesheets via XeroMe and have the timesheets linked to a "Withholding Income" pay item.

    It currently looks like timesheets require a Regular Earnings pay item to be selected before they can be submitted and then approved

  7. More than four bank accounts for employees: It would be helpful if we could have more than four bank accounts for employee wages to be split into. A minimum of 6 would be good as a few employees have asked for money to be split into more than four accounts.

  8. When the Switch rule is set for an account group in Balance Sheet, only individual accounts with negative balances are moved. Please allow option to switch for the whole account group, not individual accounts only.

  10. When I send a paid invoice pdf to a customer I would like it to show the original currency and also the currency they paid in. I'd also like it to show the exchange rate of the payment, rather than the Xero calculated currency. At the moment this field isn't available in the docx merge fields.

  11. I would really like the ability to print blank cheques. Right now, when you preview the cheque there is not an option for it to be blank. If it was blank, I could have some cheques ready for those times we need one quick, and then I could enter it in Xero after. I am really hoping your team can add this feature, I can't be the only person that would benefit from this. I look forward to hearing from you.

  12. To have an account overdue notice pop up on invoice screen once customer name is entered. If a customer has an outstanding account - the reminder and amount overdue to pop up as a bit of a warning to the owner whether they should be continuing to do business with this customer, or at least until the account is settled. (I believe reckon account have this feature available and at my previous employment we found this to be most useful)

  13. It would be very useful if Xero stopped pulling amendments from transactions before the VAT registration date onto the VAT Returns.

    EG. Some transactions before the VAT registration date had 20% VAT on them, these were corrected after the first VAT return was completed. Which then was pulled onto a VAT return resulting in a reclaim position rather than paying HMRC.

  14. The "Explorer" tab in the employee expenses section needs an option to set the date range.
    At the moment it is pretty useless as I cant even see what date range it covers - presumably back to when we started using expenses mid way through the year 3 years ago?
    It is not meaningful to compare spend by different employees, if I cant do it by month or quarter, when some employees have been using expenses for much longer than others.
    An option to compare by employee for selected accounts, and to export to pdf/xls would also be really useful.

  15. it would be great to be able to have multiple reference numbers for one contact, so that way if you have multiple jobs for one company, it can be under the same name. instead of having to make up multiple contacts for the same person.

  16. Please enable the Microsoft Word function SKIPIF for use in docx invoice templates. Currently, we can use the "IF" function in customized invoices to skip item records according to its ItemCode, but as noted by another user in the Microsoft Office discussion, a blank row will still appear for records that meet the filter test.   18. Please can you send the name of the 'leave approver' to Finlerts LeaveCal integrated app. We get leave approval email notifications via their Xero add on and it would be really helpful to know the name of the person that approved a staff members leave application.
    There has been cases of team leaders with leave approval permissions authorising their own leave so this would help us monitor these situations.

  20. It would be really helpful if there was a way of adding a description/note to conversion balances. For example, if a creditor balance relates to a specific loan, it would be useful to be able to note this somewhere. Currently, reports only show 'conversion balance' as the description for the transaction and it isn't possible to add a description to the conversion journal. It makes it difficult to keep track of historic debtors and creditors and this information needs to be kept elsewhere, duplicating work.
