The ability to customise the color of an organisation in Xero’s "change organisation" navigation section is highly valuable for users managing multiple client accounts. This feature would allow users to color-code each organisation tab, helping to visually distinguish between different clients and minimize the risk of entering data incorrectly. When working with multiple clients or organisations, it’s easy to accidentally enter information under the wrong account, especially if the interface for each organisation looks identical. Color-coding provides an additional layer of distinction, making it clear which organisation is currently active.

For example, users who have designated specific colors for each client's files could match those same colors in Xero, creating consistency across platforms. This would improve efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use, allowing users to quickly identify the correct organisation tab at a glance. This customisation aligns with Xero's goal of providing a streamlined, user-friendly experience, especially for accountants and bookkeepers who manage numerous organisations within Xero.

This would be so much easier as we have multiple companies through Xero.

When using multiple organizations it would be great to choose own color for the tab.
I have 5 organizations I do work for and each has there own color codes files, I would love to be able to have a similar color on their organization tab in XERO

Please allow us to color code each organisation to the color we choose,
I have files for each business a specific color and would love for xero to be similar to avoid errors

Yes this would help reduce errors. A truly great idea that must be simple to implement.

What a great idea, lets all submit cases for this. Who's in?
I have 4 businesses and its very frustrating how it is now.

Like all the other requests over the years they ignore. Maybe start submitting a case for everything wanted then it's going direct to support, but then again they would find a way to stop you from doing that if it had certain words involved, seems they have no ears or eyes on that end and pick and choose what suits them to do.
Or they are incapable of working out how to do it.

This has been an issue for a very long time. No point commenting as they don't read them or action what we all want - waste of time.

This would be a great feature to save errors in transacting in the wrong Orgs! Colours would be so much easier to notice.

Marc, unfortunately new features take priority over needs like this. I wish product companies would listen to the user voice of their current customers rather than load more features to attract new ones. I have repeatedly asked for updates and nothing happens. It’s the way a lot of software seems to track, a roadmap, even asking us to do customer insights through One Picture when there’s a huge amount of requests here. We’re shaping how the product should be here but it’s not even on the radar. I tried to do the feedback, but as soon as I answered a question it didn’t like it kicked me out.

Its more than two years since this simple suggestion was made with support from may people.
Either the developers don't see this forum, or they don't care, meaning this is just lip service.

I can't see why they wont do this, it will make life so much easier for users with very little work from Xero.

I have two very similar companies. A visual easy way of identifying which entity I was in would be extremely helpful and help avoid errors! Please implement as soon as possible!

Would be great to be able to change the font and colour inside xero, as we have an issue of all our fonts being bold

Be able to change the colour of the dashboard as we use Xero for more than one business and sometimes we have both open at the same time. It gets confusing when both are blue.

This would be very helpful. Sometimes when logging in you don't always end up with the last organisation you were working with, so this would help avoid mistakes. It would of thought this could be quite an easy thing to do, and so a quick win?
