Pretty disappointed to discover this functionality doesn't exist already

Very important, would be a huge time saver and would ensure accuracy.

For timesheet employees, we are having to go into each timesheet to enter public holiday hours which is not ideal.

This is specifically for staff using timesheets in Xero. I noticed that staff that complete their timesheets in Xero payroll, loses the hours in the public holiday line (payrun) when time sheets are saved.
Can you not correct this so that the public holiday line is not zerorized when timesheets are saved? It should still have these hours saved in the public holiday line?
kind regards

With the updated time sheets including start and end times; a function in Xero should be to link casual and weekend loading to the payrun and timesheets automating earnings lines in the payslip. It is a compliance issue and less efficient. It also increases error of the payroll staff typing in hours from a timesheet for each employee.

Please amend draft pay functionality for public holidays when using timesheets.
When there's a public holiday, I currently have to go through every employee's draft pay and add the public holiday hours. Before I used timesheets, the public holiday line on draft pays was populated with hours; now it's zero. For a large payroll that included some people not entitled to public holidays, it would be a lot of work and an accuracy risk to have to manually adjust every employee's draft pay. Will you ask the system designers to amend this as soon as possible, pls? Thank you
