Reporting | Page Break - Preview in Xero Reports (without exporting)
Currently, when preparing financial statements or other reports in Xero, you have to export the report to PDF to work out if you will need to insert page breaks to keep all related content on one page, or to ensure that a heading doesn't end up on one page and the information on the next. This can sometimes mean exporting a report multiple times if there are multiple page breaks required.
It would be helpful if in the drafting stage, Xero reports showed some sort of indicator (i.e. a dotted line), so that you could identify where a page would end and where a new one would start, without having to export the report to PDF. I understand different settings, like page sizing, may impact the accuracy of using an indicator such as a dotted line, however the majority of users would be exporting to the equivalent of an A4 page if printed.

One of the better suggestions I have seen on here, most definitely agree.

This would be great and save so much time, especially at the end of financial year.

Yes - it would be great to preview a single report within financial statements when editing formats and layouts etc without having to export pdf the full document and scroll thru all the pages before reviewing the one report.
It would be also great to be able to add extra blank lines between headings if necessary.
