History and notes report - Ability to search results by contact on invoice
Ability to run the history and notes report and search by contact so users don't have to search through all notes.

This would help and be invaluable when dealing with Insurance claims and gathering information for debt collection / court cases

Ability to generate an audit/change report for a specific contact to see what users have changed/updated bank account numbers.
