Ability to run the history and notes report and search by contact so users don't have to search through all notes.

Could there be options when adding a note to one of your contacts, ie, Phone Call, Email, Meeting etc etc. and then allow these to be filtered. I use the notes quite a lot for adding notes to tenants details and it would be useful to be able to look at these without having to look through every action. Same goes for contacting suppliers etc. Useful if needed for evictions or legal actions.

Ability to generate an audit/change report for a specific contact to see what users have changed/updated bank account numbers.
