New Invoicing - Quick find Address
Having "quick find" on the billing address when entering a new contact through an invoice.
Thanks for letting us know how useful this feature is to you when creating invoices for your customers in Xero. We have some improvements the team are focusing on within the contact card to provide our customers more efficiency, which includes the ability to search to add an address for a Contact.
For the time being we'll change this to working on it, and I'll keep you up to date with any progress for this, here.

New Invoicing
With New Invoicing when entering a new contact from the invoice screen the street directory search does not work
Please fix this as it saves so much time -

I will continue to use classic invoicing until the address picker is reinstated in the new invoicing.

We need to be able to quickly enter invoices. Quick find address is an essential feature for our business. New invoicing is so much slower anyway with all the extra clicks required and less keyboard short cuts. This just adds to the awful experience It MUST be part of new invoicing! With how xero has changed I would not recommend to anyone!

When is this feature going to be added. Its so time consuming adding address without it. No idea why this was not included in the new system!!

We really need this feature back!

We have noticed that when raising a new sales invoice the automatic address finder function is not available. To add the address at this point you have to type it in manually. Only if you go to edit the contact can you then use the post code finder. Could this function be added to the contact information when raising a new sales invoice to a new customer as it really does save alot of time when invoicing a new customer for the first time.

Having a "quick find" address is critical to our business as more than 50% of our invoices go to new contacts. Without it, the whole invoicing process is so much slower.

Seriously poor that they deleted quick find. I enjoyed not having to look up post codes. believe it or not some clients are old and still get an invoice in the mail.
so frustrating of Xero.Sometimes you have it right in the first place. This is awful. Back to classic for me and then I'll look at another platform if they don't fix this. I gave it a go - this feature is a deal breaker for me.

I raised this issue prior to the new version going live. How is this an enhancement? The majority of my customers are 'one-off' customers and I probably create up to 20 new customers a week. Entering the addresses manually each time I create a new invoice for a new customer is very time consuming and prone to errors. This is just not acceptable for me going forward. In the meantime I will revert back to the older and more efficient version. John Bennett

100% needs to be added to the invoice. This is an absolute must when creating new invoices.

This is critical for me. Until the quick find address feature is added to new invoicing, I will stay with classic invoicing.

This is needed in the new invoicing. The old invoicing has the Find Address feature without going into the contact. The new invoicing needs to also offer this option. Users shouldn't have to ask for current functionality to be carried across to new invoicing.

This is needed in the new invoicing. The old invoicing has the Find Address feature without going into the contact. The new invoicing needs to also offer this option. I use this feature in the old invoicing all day every day. This is the reason why I have not swapped to new invoicing yet.

I have no idea why this was even removed? It was such a great feature. Hence why I still use classic invoicing.

Can you please put back the auto address finding function into New Invoicing
It is an essential function as it will correct address mistakes and add correct postal codes
It also greatly speeds up invoicing, The New Invoicing function is now much slower to use at the moment without this function -

In the new invoicing, adding a new contact directly from the invoice, the address does not auto populate/auto find like the feature in contacts. Can this be moved across please?

makes it way more efficient when doping phone orders, or you get those tricky to spell and pronounce towns.
