Quotes - Move quotes to an expired status after expiry date
At the moment, the options for quote status are: Draft, Sent, Declined, Accepted, and Invoiced. A sales quote that was sent but it's now past the date on which it expired still shows as Sent. It hasn't been Declined yet, but nor has it been Accepted, so there are quotes which are 4 years old still sitting in the list of valid quotes (see attached extract from the accounts of one of my clients). There needs to be another category for quotes which are old but which the customer may want to revisit (and therefore would be more efficient to revise the expired quote rather than create an all-new one for the same items). Quotes should automatically move to this category after the expiry date, so that managers can decide whether the expired quote should be moved to Declined (as unlikely to be revisited) or left for a while longer.

In addition, could the expired quotes be filtered by date and allow a click box up top to select the all expired quotes to be able to "batch" declined. I have over 500 quotes which need to be "declined and archived" and selecting each one individually will take forever!
