   Hi Gemma, while appreciate your idea and how you'd like to synchronize data between Saturation.io and Xero as we have an open API we generally don't build integrations with other applications ourselves.

   We have our Xero developer centre where interested parties can get information on integrating with Xero. Welcome to share this with Saturation.io to see if it's something they'd look to develop themselves.

2. Xero - Maintain previous design style in Xero

   Keep the Xero Classic Look everyone preferred.

   The design of the New Invoicing, Bills and Fixed Assets pages are sadly reminiscent of an excel spreadsheet.

   One of the enjoyments of the Xero software compared to its competitors are the fresh, clean pages that make it inviting to use. When changing to new function, Xero has changed its design elements and is missing the 'attractiveness' that has been part of Xero's signature branding.

   Specifically black text, flat checkboxes, grey cell borders and grey column headers makes it feel like an outdated 1990s program.

   I am hearing similar comments from my clients. Although functionality is a priority, the design of a product is very important to the experience of using the software.

   Recommendations to keep with the blue accents, shadow checkboxes and less obvious cell borders would bring the page back into the modern fresh feel that made it more appealing to use as a business's main accounting tool.

   Keep the Xero Classic Look everyone preferred.

   Appreciate your feedback here, and I've shared this back with our teams at Xero. We want to be upfront that as we continue to develop Xero products and features and update technology, this will ultimately result in some change to designs, actions and flows.

   Product ideas here is a great place to share what improvements we can make in specific features or how we could develop new features that would enable you to grow your businesses.

   As we make decisions around new experiences we're keeping customers front of mind. Our product teams regularly review feedback and consider asks from our community in product ideas. We also do thorough testing before changes are released, to try and make transitions as smooth as possible for our customers.

3. Glitches in the software

   I've always felt like your software was created by people who have never used the software themselves because some of the pathways and defaults just don't make sense. Note: I access Xero using the Chrome browser.
   Here are some changes that could be made that would really improve the user experience with Xero:

   1. When I'm entering bills, some date fields want me to enter the date like this: date/month/year and other times it wants me to enter it like this: month/date/year.  It's very frustrating having to switch back and forth randomly.

   2. After I finish putting in a bill, I click "Bills to Pay" at the top of the page and it takes me to paid bills. Why doesn't it take me to unpaid bills? I would never click "Bills to pay" and want it to take me to paid bills. The landing page for the bills section should never be All Bills or Paid Bills, it should always be Unpaid Bills. I have this same problem when I click Bills after I allocate a credit note. For some bizarre reason it takes me to Paid Bills. Please make it take me to unpaid bills. 

   3. When I'm entering bills, the due date should automatically default to the date of the bill. I noticed you are able to set a default due date for invoices a user creates, but nothing defaults for bills that are entered and it should just do the date of the invoice to make it easier to adjust the due date for each bill that is entered.

   4. The pages jump to strange locations. After I've reconciled an item and hit 'OK' the page always jumps to a weird portion up or down the page rather than where I was working before I hit "OK". I have to scroll to find the next item I was working on each time I reconcile an item. A lot of pages jump to weird locations like that. It is extremely cumbersome and confusing working around this glitch.

   5. The bank feeds never work for long. I try to connect them, sometimes they won't connect and when they do they always randomly disconnect and it's hit or miss if I can reconnect them. I do not understand why this service is so unreliable. With Quickbooks I can connect the feeds and they stay connected until I disconnect them or change my passwords.

   Hi Jenna, we appreciate your feedback and the detail you've given is great. However, it's best that strange behaviour or performance issues are shared with our specialists at Xero Support who have tools to be able to investigate and escalated with our team if something isn't working as it should.

   There are a couple of your points I wanted to confirm here;

   • Bills to pay - you are able to set a default page for this. It sounds like it may currently be set to Paid bills in your org. You can set the default by clicking the 3 dots in the top right of the page where you'll see 'Default bill page' to select your preference
   • Default for bills due date - From the same place you can go to for invoice (Invoice settings) you can set a default Due date for your bills.

   I'd recommend raising a case so we can confirm the other behaviours you're getting.

   Being upfront we don't typically develop integrations ourselves. However we have a Developer Centre where interested parties can get information if they'd like to develop an integration with Xero.

   I'd recommend connecting with Nab bookKeeper to see if this is something they'd be interested in building and you're welcome to share the link above.

   Hi Chloe, we don't generally develop integrations ourselves. Instead we have a Developer Centre where interested parties can get information and connect with experts that can help them develop and build an integration with Xero themselves.

   I'd recommend sharing this link with Alto to see if this is something they'd be interested in developing.

6. ApprovalMax - rejected bill email link - allow editing when it takes you to Xero

   When we receive an email from Approval Max stating that someone has rejected a bill, it has a link to the bill in Xero. When you open the link, there's no way to edit/amend the invoice from this screen.

   Please add an edit button.

   Currently, from this screen, to edit the invoice, we need to go to:
   Bills To Pay > Drafts > search for the invoice > then edit it

   Too many additional steps to edit the invoice, it should be easy from that first link.

   Hi Kelly, thanks for the screenshots. Seeing as this email is sent by ApprovalMax we'd recommend connecting with their support to see if this is something they can change or would consider extending their integration for. Many of our app partners designed and built their integrations with Xero themselves and are best placed to confirm how this works and make changes to it.

7. Allow booking of time entries on Jobs I am not assigned through in the API for XPM

   In XPM you can create a time entry for a Job you are not assigned to. However this is not possible if we are making the time entry through the API.

   The API should offer that possibility as it is the same as in the brows.er

   Hi all, while we don't have any plans for adding description as a column to the bills list you may find it a bit easier to view the bill details now using the quick view option.

   From the list view you'll see an eye icon that allows you view all details of the bill without having to navigate away from the list screen.

9. Pay with Wise - Ability to have multi-currencies payments

   Could you please add more currencies on the list for making payments from Xero to Wise? Now is available just GBP UK account. Can you add currencies - AUD, EUR, CZK, USD?

   Hi all, while we have removed the Pay with Wise feature follow on from our last update we wanted to confirm that we have released UK bill payments in Xero. 

   Customers in the UK can set up direct bank transfer as a payment method for GBP bills to quickly and securely pay bills. Funds are transferred from your bank account by Crezco using open banking. The availability of open banking in the UK has enabled us to offer this on-platform. 🙂- Read more on our Blog
