Projects | Contacts - Ability to select persons to Include in emails
XERO Projects, Could contact details i.e email addresses and phone number be assigned to a specific project, these would normally be different from the original company contacts details. This would mean the right persons would receive the invoices or quotes sent from a particular XERO project. Could this be done within the project tab.

VAT Return(SA) - Sort by column header
We need the ability to sort the data in the VAT Report table.
This will make it much easier to review all the transactions to check that everything has been properly allocated.

Manual Journals - Automate process of journaling income allocations for stakeholders
why can't we set up income allocations by %, not jnl , as every time you change something , you need to redo your jnl, update work papers etc. There must times when finals have been sent out ( Urgent) and this has been over looked
This is a rather backwards step, esp when a trust could have 10 beneficiaries and need to do jnls ?!
Would also affect partnerships, they would be the easiest to fix as majority would be a 50/505 votes -
AU Payroll - Toggle rounding in pay templates
Turn off rounding in payroll deductions and superannuation in Pay Template. Is it possible to turn off rounding for payroll deductions in pay templates, as we have defined benefit member salary sacrifice percentage rates that are more than two decimals and Xero automatically rounds down or up which creates the designated ATO rate lower or higher than specified. Also payroll deduction amounts for Novated Leasing for pre and post tax amounts are rounding down or up to an amount which then we will have to create a journal later to fix the incorrect amount being direct debited from our bank account for the monthly lease payment.

Reporting: New P&L and Balance sheet - Add a link to go back to the report
With the old reports you were able to run the report and then click into one of the GL codes to look at the data. There was then a link "back to P&L / Balance sheet report" which took you back. This is missing in the new report which is very time consuming as it seems you have to start again with running and customising your report.

Hubdoc - Forward etransfer docs to hubdoc to record transfers in Xero
HubDoc has etransfer option but only supports between non-asset etc accounts. We receive documents each time a transfer between bank accounts occur - or holding accounts eg: stripe payments into our transaction account. Would be great to be able to forward these to hubdoc and the transfer be recorded. Right now, its a manual transaction to be done in Xero.

Checks - Control Printing Order
I haven't yet been able to determine what order checks print selected bills in, and they seemingly change their sort order if you select them to print again. Is there a way to control the order they print in to come out alphabetically by payee, so that we can more efficiently match them up to the letters they need mailed out with? Or, have a way to select how you want them sorted (i.e. by payee, memo, etc.) on the Pay by Check screen when printing multiple bills?

For when creating an re-occuring invoice, there is occasions, where invoices must be sent at specific times of the month, for example...
- Last Day of the month
- Every 2nd Tuesday
- Last Thursday of the month
The reason behind this, is because some companies who you are invoicing operate specific payment cycles, and in order for a small business to get paid within the terms of their invoice ( Late Payment Act 1998 & your own article on [ https://www.xero.com/uk/guides/invoice-payment-terms/ ] - Payments terms are getting shorter )

Whilst re-occurng invoices feature that you have is a good start, lets expand on this, and make it excellent. Your Competitor, FreeAgent, is and had been able to do this for years now.

Timesheets - Ability to customise their own workplace tasks on the timesheets
Ability for employees to choose tasks carried out via drop down menu.
It would be great if companies had the flexibility to customise their own workplace tasks on the timesheets. This way when employees are filling in their timesheets they can choose the task / tasks they have done for that day and then input the respective hours for each task.

Search by Employee across all of Payroll reports. We have 110 - 120 staff, currently we have to scroll down to find the right employee, can we have a standards search by employee. ie/ start typing their name and then hit enter

In the current income statement report, there is no way to split single account between operating and G&A expenses as XERO does not allow tracking on rows. Dashboard - Shows VAT Return Payment due in x days when payment made
There is a a Bug - Dashboard says under VAT Return Payment due in x days but payment was already made some days ago, properly conconciled with the exact correct amount. Xero should recognise this and not show an amount due in Dashboard which is incorrect.

UK Payroll - Integrate with iCal
Be able to integrate the payroll calendar on Xero with iCal, so approved annual leave automatically appears in my iCal without having to duplicate entries, and updates if someone changes their leave on Xero.

On an invoice search from 'All' or 'Paid' Invoices - it would be useful to able to select any or all invoices, and see the £ total of the items selected. This function exists in the Invoices 'Awaiting Payments', and 'Drafts'. On the 'Paid' invoice section, you can select the invoices but it does not show you the total £, only number of items selected. From the 'All' section there is no ability to select any invoices. It would be great if in all sections where you wanted to you can select any / all invoices and it calculates the total of the selection next to the 'copy to' button.

Advanced Branding | Purchase Order - Add Customer Contact Name & Contact Number
No idea - this was mentioned 5 years ago but the new system seems to have lost the original idea/moan.
This is a very simple and quick one dev-wise.
The "Purchase Order" needs to simply pull through the "customer name" and "contact number" from their profile - once you have searched for it at the bottom of the PO where it says "Delivery Address".
Every other form uses word doc templates where you can choose your merge field name and it retrieves that information from the contact profile. Why does this form not do it?
This is ridiculously simple to achieve.

AU Payroll - Pay Run - Ability to add Admin only notes
I'd like to add a note within a pay run that is visible to "admin only".
Eg. To justify differences due to staff timesheet errors.

Projects | Connect Quotes and Deposits
The Quote information should come forward on the invoice whether you are invoicing from the Quote or invoicing from the Project Amount OR the deposit amount needs to show when invoicing from the Quote.
It doesn't make sense that if someone pays a deposit, I have to use the project amount to invoice but have to re-enter all the quote information (our quotes are broke out in areas with a dollar amount for that area to be invoiced).
If I use the Invoice from Quote, then the deposit amount doesn't show. I then have to work around the deposit that was made to show on the invoice but not duplicate the deposit amount.
