Invoice - Change title of invoices
I would love the ability to have the project's name and my business's name in the title of my invoices when I download them. I know I can manually do this, but it would make it much easier for customers paying my invoices and filing them to have my name and project number in the title.

Invoice - Extra Quantity Field On Invoices
Hi, Id like to see an option for more fields within invoicing. One main field that I think would be useful (well, it definitely would for our business) is to add a differential within quantities. for example - We would invoice of a number of pallets sold to a customer. However on the pallet it may contain 50 packs or boxes. But on other pallets it may only contain 40 larger packs/ boxes but at the same value. for an example I have included a snapshot of one of our suppliers invoices.

Can you recon your accounts once and next time it is the same I have alot of recons that are always the same How do you keep it for next time to recon

Repeating Invoice - Set up daily invoices
Can we please have the ability to set up daily repeating invoices - currently the only option is weekly or monthly. I can't find an easy work around so far.

Reporting - Add report fields
Customising and adding Employee Details Fields so that Employee Details Reports can be produced providing all required information and important information regarding the employee can be kept. For example, licence numbers, certifications etc.

NZ Payroll - 63 days leave liability report
Hi There, curious to know, does Xero provides report 63 days payroll liability report. This is needed to accrue for the liability at the end of each tax year, since IRD allows this accrual to be accounted, with one condition, if the company has paid the staff with in 63 days from the end of each tax year. I know, this report is availabe by the other payroll software. Can this report be extracted from payroll reports.

Invoice Email - Ability to edit "Review and pay" banner
The "Review and pay" banner misleads recipients into thinking they can make electronic payments, but we're not using e-invoicing and have it turned off. Another major issue is that it causes significant delays in loading or, in some cases, renders the invoice completely inaccessible. The banner in the new invoicing should be named "Review" rather than "Review and pay" or be editable to suit different needs.

Bank Reconciliation - Allow the Tax Setting to Default to Tax Exclusive
When creating new 'spend money' transactions during bank reconciliation, allow the tax setting to match the tax setting in financial settings, if set to tax exclusive, so that it doesn't just default to tax inclusive.

Reporting - Flag when actual Retained Earnings doesn't match to the report value
A flag which shows when the profit & loss figure plus brought forward retained earnings does not add up to the retained earnings on the reports. This is usually due to a mapping issue where a figure is causing a transposition error. It only seems to flag if you opt to include a statement of changes to equity. Seems like there should be a more obvious flag for this issue to ensure it is not missed.
Also perhaps a reconciliation between the profit & loss figure in the company accounts versus the Xero business, appreciate this is likely to be different due to accounting adjustments but a reconciliation to prove the difference would be useful.A flag which shows when the profit & loss figure plus brought forward retained earnings does not add up to the retained earnings on the reports. Quotes - Split quotes into multiple invoices with relationships and automatic “Mark as invoiced” functionality
Our work is often quoted at the project level, with invoices being issued monthly for the duration of the project until the quoted amount has been paid and the project completed.
Currently, we create the quote, and then subsequently create invoices - manually keeping track until the quoted amount has been invoiced, at which point we mark the quote as invoiced.
It would be helpful if;
- We could split the quote into N invoices automatically with the total invoiced amount over N invoices equalling the amount in the selected quote.OR
- When a quote is marked as accepted but not invoiced; have the ability to when creating an invoice, assign the invoice to a particular quote and create some type of useful or navigable relationship between them.
User flow would/could be;
1. Quote is created for £X
2. Quote is accepted
3. Invoice is raised for partial/split payment of £Y and approved (and or sent)
4. After an invoice is no longer draft, it can be assigned/related to a quoteAfter a quotes total amount has been raised as invoices, the quote is automatically marked as “Invoiced” with all related invoices being listed in the “History and notes” section.

I would like on my dashboard 3 main tiles
1. Revenue by month, 3 mths 6 and 12 months shown as options
2. Expenses the same
3. Financial Position this year by Rev, Expenses & Profit.

Edit invoice direct from awaiting payment list
If I need to edit an approved invoice (which I do regularly) I have to click "Invoices" > "Awaiting Payment" > Select an individual invoice > Click 3 buttons > Click Edit.
I would like to see an option to edit an invoice direct from the "Awaiting Payment" invoice list screen - perhaps just an edit icon or something similar so that the default behaviour doesn't change BUT, there is an additional option to go directly into Edit mode

Also it'd be great to get more understanding of the type of details you'd want to be able to edit on the fly, without opening the invoice directly.

New invoicing | Online invoice - View supplier ABN
Why does the Supplier ABN not appear on the online invoice view? We now have to download the invoice as a PDF to see the ABN. This was not an issue with the Classic view.

Reports - Quotes track invoicing
Have a Report that shows all Quotes that have been accepted, but not invoiced. That shows any part invoices that have been raised. We frequently invoice a % upfront, % mid project and then % at the end.
