Hubdoc - Option to hide/remove hyperlinks in bulk
Recently, Hubdoc links have been appearing as lengthy, distracting hyperlinks in our documents and reports. It can be frustrating to encounter these long links, and it's time-consuming to manually remove them one by one.
It would be great if This feature should be entirely optional, allowing users to activate or deactivate it according to their preferences.1 vote -
Practice Manager | Client - Copy a client (including all contacts)
To be able to duplicate a contact, therefore not having to retype in the address, phone number and all other details. You would just need to rename the client and change the IRD number etc before saving. This would be a huge time saver.

Just to clarify, when you say ‘duplicate a contact’ would this be; the ability to duplicate an entire client (including all its contacts), to duplicate a contact within an existing client, or duplicate a contact from one client to another?

Hubdoc - Bulk edit transactions
For manually uploaded receipts, the ability to edit the vendor and category in bulk would be be a big time saver.

XPM workpapers - Additional field to Hide Resolved Queries
Enable feature allowing users to Hide resolved queries, so only outstanding queries are showing and user does not have to spend time locating outstanding queries to resolve.

Practice Manager | Clients - Ability to set separate contact information from linked Contact
Thanks to the team for releasing the ability to link one contact to multiple clients! While appreciated, it falls a tad short since only the "Position" is set per client. If possible, it would be great if the Salutation, Addressee, Phone, Mobile, Email Address, and Custom Fields, could also be set on a per client basis. This would allow for flexibility where the one contact has different contact details per client.
One example is a bookkeeper that works for 5 clients of ours. For two of those clients, they use hey@awesomebookkeeping.com. For the other three, they use accounts@client1.com,…

Job Manager - Create a 'To do' list of recurring tasks
Create "to do" lists in tasks, and allowing them to become a template - this would make it so much easier when creating jobs - gives staff a tick off for each task if required.
Would be so much easier than currently doing it through a Job Level and having to create tasks with "To Do' lists individually.

AU Tax - Copy last years tax return format
The ability to copy and use the prior year's ITR template to enable early lodgments for substituted accounting period. e.g. trusts with 31 December balance dates which are due for lodgement on 30 April, but template isn't ready until 1 July.

it would be great if the tax offset from superannuation income stream could be automatically calculated like how the MYOB AE Tax does. Instead of manually enter the number in the box.

Foreign Rental Schedules - set up the same as AU rentals where you can link spouses for the information to pull through so you don't have to re enter everything

Practice manager | Xero Sign - Report on date sent
Ability to be able to report on the date sent for Xerosign returns. The date sent is recorded but you can't report on it. This would make follow ups a lot easier to be able to see when each out to sign return was sent for e-signing.

Practice Manager - TPAR Form
Add a TPAR tax form in Xero Practice Manager (XPM) so that we can generate signing pages like we can with a BAS or PSAR. When lodging via a client's Xero file or the ATO portal, we tick a box to say we have a declaration from the client, authorising us to lodge their TPAR, but there seems to be no report we can print to show them what we're going to lodge, nor signing pages that they can sign, so meeting this declaration requirement is proving difficult.

XPM - Edit 'to-do' list items
If you currently want to edit a line on the to do list you have to create a new line and enter the data, than delete the previous item.
It would be great if we could have an edit function on the to do list so we did have to add the extra step of recreation2 votes -

Change the order of lines entered into worksheets. Either by drag and drop to re-order or having the ability to sort alphabetically.

NZ Tax - Support for adding manual tax payments made outside Xero
It should be possible to manually add tax payments made by a client to IRD. This is critical for a tax accountant like myself who is not a registered tax agent and therefore is unable to link and download details from IRD. This facility would make the practice manager more appealing to a wider range of users.

XPM workpapers - After document is closed, you are navigated to the prior page with original conditions.
Make it so that when the document is closed, it returns to the same page with the same selection conditions that were before working in this document?

XPM - Include statement in personalisation settings
Include "Statements" in the XPM Business\Settings\Personalisation - Email Sending Settings section so that emailed customer/client statements are sent from the practice and not the individual staff member email address who may happen to have emailed out a customer/client statement.
