  1. Would be cool to be able to edit the name of the PDF attachment sent with the Tax Payments emails from "PaymentLetter" to a name that is more specific to the client.

    Would be particularly helpful where a client has multiple entities to pay tax for.

    Possibly use XPM merge fields for the pdf file name? for example "{Client} Payment Letter due {PaymentDueDate}"

  4. It would be great if XPM had a little pop-out screen/app option for the quick timer that could sit in the corner of your screen, so you could quickly start/stop/edit your timer.

  6. It would be great if we could report on more fields in XPM - in this instance, who does an invoice in XPM. There is a history section in the invoice, but there is no way to add this data to a report. E.g. I am using a 'job report' that includes the 'Date Last Invoiced', and it would be great if we could also show 'who created the invoice' (and/or approved and exported). We have tried adding a custom field on the job to allocate the staff member, but as this is manual, it would be a lot easier…

  7. It would be really helpful to be able to able to pull off a debtor report showing the NET figures, not gross. As i am continually being requested by IF to reproduce debtors report as net as they don't fund the VAT !

  8. Is it possible to have the starred clients as feature in reports? If we export a client list, we can't see which clients are the 'starred' (main contact for the group in our case). It would be super handy when trying to get a list of our main contacts and easily remove the clients that aren't starred.

  10. Would be great to have an option for clients to bulk sign a document pack e.g. similar to Docusign where multiple pdf's are treated as one document.

    At the moment, if there was a document pack with 15 BAS's, the client would have to click into the individual document, click the signature boxes and click to confirm signature. They then have to click into the next document and repeat the same process another 14 times.

    Would be good to have a feature/option we can select when sending out the document, so the client can sign the documents in bulk.

  12. Just a simple one, but it has something I've spoken to many Xero account managers over the years.

    When preparing a tax return, you currently see an amount payable or amount refundable in text, and the dollar amount in bold black next to it.

    I feel that it would be a simple, yet positive change, to have the dollar value display in green when there is an amount refundable, or red when there is an amount payable.   13. It would be great if we could have the ability to apply multiple relationships to a single entity at once, perhaps as a multiple checkboxes. So for example, when setting up a company, we might have one person who is the Director, Secretary, Public Officer and Shareholder but at the moment we need to add these in one at a time.

    Hey community, thanks for you interest in this idea. 

    Wanted to let everyone know about a change to document packs in Xero HQ 😊

    Whilst not quite what this request is after, if you're a member of a UK, NZ or AU practice, you'll now be able to send out bulk reminders for document packs in Xero HQ.

    As this request is specifically for bulk reminders in AU Xero Tax, I won't be closing it out. We'll leave it open to continue to collect feedback and gauge community interest.

  16. We suggest to add the option to view TAX return versions when modifications are made to the return.
    We have found through our work that is an URGENT need to track changes made to returns for efficient audit and accountability.

  17. We have the AS' downloaded from ATO automatically and this creates a new job for every AS. We then need to add an AS task to every job individually.

    Would be great to be able to add task/s to multiple jobs in one go - similar to how you can assign staff/manager to multiple jobs in one go.

  20. Simplified view of outstanding receipts that need to be processed to the accounting software ie numbers reflected in the top tabs.
