Option Remove Units/Price for transaction entry screen
I wish you had the option to remove units and price from the transaction entry screen if you don’t need it-as it is this just requires extra clicks to get transactions in.

XPM- Option to tick off multiple tasks
If we have the functionality of creating multiple tasks then it will be a good idea to have functionality of ticking off multiple tasks also. As this will save in energy and time.

Xero Practice Manager (XPM) Remove yourself from a practice in
It would be ideal to have the ability to remove yourself from a practice in XPM. For example, if you are consulting to a firm and they aren't maintaining their staff list and removing access promptly when the contract is complete, you would be able to have more control over the security of a file and keeping your list of practices clean by being able to remove yourself from their practice.

XPM - Ability to set historic Capacity Levels for the Productivity Dashboard
The productivity dashboard does not have the functionality to automatically account for staff start dates. It calculates capacity for the whole year which does not work for staff commencing mid year. There's no functionality to set a historic capacity level. The workaround is to manually adjust the reporting date for the productivity dashboard to account for each staff's start date or use the Time Productivity Report as an alternative. I'd love to see this feature improvement / functionality in the future.

NZ Tax - IR10 Report Code Description
Within the report code descriptions, identifying which IR10 Key Point for NZ tax the report code will feed through to.
E.g.
Non-deductible entertainment will go to "Box/Key Point 24 - Other Expenses" and "Box 28 Tax Adjustments"This will give a little bit more visibility as to where each item will end up, particularly for the balance sheet.
If you can segregate this visibility to NZ only files as well, that would be beneficial for other countries not getting information not relevant for them.

AU Tax - Return status
It would be great to have two additional tax return status values, to more efficiently support the typical workflows of busy tax agents.
Waiting on information - return cannot progress until the client provides missing info.
Rejected - return has failed review and requires adjustment before it can be lodged.

Workpapers - Customise the Queries portal to brand colours
The queries portal is nice, but its Xero Blue - we'd love to be able to put our own branding on things much further beyond our logo.

Workpapers | Depreciation Schedules - Add Accumulated Depreciation as a default
I would like a small change where the Accumulated Depreciation is a default column in the depreciation schedules report generated from Xero. I work with a significant number of clients who we run depreciation for each year and I would like to see the Accumulated Depreciation amount in the report by default without having to update the templates in every client file.

NZ Tax - Comparative Report for prior year
There should be a comparative report available for New Zealand tax returns. This already exists for Australian tax returns. It is an excellent feature that really assists with preparing returns and avoiding missing details from prior years. I would love to see this feature available for New Zealand tax returns. Thank you.

Hubdoc - Feature to group/organise tags
Hubdoc tag organization
It would be extremely useful to be able to group or nest tags within Hubdoc. When there are 20+ tags in use, managing the list of tags becomes unwieldy. The ability to organize the tags within groups would allow more streamlined document management. This is especially important for clients that have been using Hubdoc for several years and have organized thousands of documents using Hubdoc tags, but for whom the majority of documents are being stored for archival reasons. Reporting - Seperate Expenses on Profit & Loss
Separate the INCOME TAX EXPENSE from the normal operating expenses in the Profit & Loss Statement. for example:
- Net Profit Before Tax
- INCOME TAX EXPENSE
- Net Profit After Tax

XPM - Hubspot Integration
Xero Practice Manager integrated nicely with Hubspot for about 10 years. Quitely it's been killed off in 2024 for some reason.
XPM is a major practice management platform, and Hubspot is a major CRM. I don't know why Xero would kill off the integration. But as a practice we need to have the ability to easily market/email etc to our client database. Without an integration in 2025 this is crazy.
The development work would be minimal considering it was already working, and even working with the single client record.
So please turn the integration back on for your partners.

XPM - Easy view of clients government gateway credentials.
Would it be possible to visibly see the Government Gateway currently set up for HMRC submissions for each individual client? At the moment I believe this isn't available, however it would be helpful to be able to view this information via Practice Manager

Hubdoc - Status tab in to integrate with Xero
Can we have a setting to enable the status section of the Xero destination tab to enable the user to select the status for all documents to be either - draft, awaiting approval or awaiting payment. this save time in having to select this each time a document is uploaded.

XPM | AU Payroll - Notifications when a pay run is paid
It would be really helpful to receive notifications when a client pays their payrun.
Especially for our large PAYG Withholding clients, where we send them an email of the tax withholding payable. As large PAYG Withholders only have a roughly a week to pay, an email notification would be a timer saver. As we wouldn't need to log in to check that the pay run has been paid.

Hubdoc - More decimal places in Unit price
Currently Hubdoc rounds unit prices to two decimal points, despite Xero itself allowing multiple. Invoices where we record units/unit price are unable to be correctly recorded in Hubdoc due to this errant rounding.

Practice Permissions | Manage Users - Enable practice to remove access to client org
Practice Admin have the ability to remove themselves if they have been invite into a potential clients org without manage users.
Potential clients that decide to not go ahead with a Practice but done remove the PA from the org, PA should have the ability to remove themselves.
