  1. Could you make the app more user-friendly by reducing the need to log in every time or Ideally, Face ID should be an option for quick access.

    Also, when we receive invoices from Xero, could they be sent as PDF attachments rather than just links? This would make it easier to forward them to Hubdocs via email. Thanks!

  3. It would be helpful when setting up new GL accounts in the COA if the screen would populate somewhere (even a drop down would be helpful) with the existing COA so you can see in same screen what’s already there and where your new account would fit logically

  6. If you send an email from the XPM Job it automatically adds the details as per the "name" field of the job as the subject in the email.

    Please add the name of the client after the insertion of the "job name" field of the job in the subject.
    If I do have a client with multiple entities, it can be confusing for the client as he does not know for which entity the mail is - he only sees the job number and the job description. If you look in history of your mails you can then also search…

  7. Please add an option in collaboration to show active only or ALL jobs.

    We sometimes receive mails after the job was completed(or billed) but then we must open the job to allocate any mails received.

  8. We would love a client report showing the Industry as it is in the Xero Organisation Settings.

    Currently the report gives the Main Industry classification but not the Sub Category.

    For Example the HQ report would show a company industry is Construction but actually the company provides Electrical Services and there is no report to get this detail of all the clients.

  9. Report codes that are in the For Review category need a button so after changing the ones that need changing the rest can be marked as reviewed. Currently it looks like you have to click into each one to review it and no-one is going to have time do that when you can see most of them dont need changing.

    Its always an extra click to view all the report codes as Xero defaults you the the codes that are For Review. If they have all been reviewed we wouldnt have to do an extra click each time we want…

    It would be nice if the software could search by a entity's registered business names or previously know entity names and it bring up the current company file.

    We are able to add previous names or business names to the custom fields under a company's profile, but unless you know all the names by memory it can be hard to match up clients when you receive correspondence address to the business name and no ABN is mentioned.

  12. Hubdoc tag organization
    It would be extremely useful to be able to group or nest tags within Hubdoc. When there are 20+ tags in use, managing the list of tags becomes unwieldy. The ability to organize the tags within groups would allow more streamlined document management. This is especially important for clients that have been using Hubdoc for several years and have organized thousands of documents using Hubdoc tags, but for whom the majority of documents are being stored for archival reasons.   14. Xero Practice Manager integrated nicely with Hubspot for about 10 years. Quitely it's been killed off in 2024 for some reason.

    XPM is a major practice management platform, and Hubspot is a major CRM. I don't know why Xero would kill off the integration. But as a practice we need to have the ability to easily market/email etc to our client database. Without an integration in 2025 this is crazy.

    The development work would be minimal considering it was already working, and even working with the single client record.

    So please turn the integration back on for your partners.

  15. 1) In financial details of suppliers - to be able to input whether they are paid by Direct Debit and a date if applicable or Bank Transfer etc.

    2) Aged Payables report separating out direct debits from manual bank payments.

    This would be so handy to be able to provide clients with a list of expected direct debit outgoings and a separate list of manual payments requiring payment.

  16. When preparing future year return, in my case, FY2025 tax return for one individual client, even though it shows 2025 tax year, Xero tax is actually FY2024 tax rate for calculation. So the result is not accurate. Will Xero Tax fix this issue in the future?

  17. When using Tracking Categories on the balance sheet, we should be able to assign specific bank accounts to specific columns (or tracking categories). it would just be a feature where the balance "as of date" just displays in the column, regardless of all the prior transactions.

    Additionally, when paying loans, if a tracking category is assigned for balance sheet tracking purposes using columns, the Bank Balance that is transferred to the note becomes a Liability on the balance sheet.   18. Need to be able to export the data or run a Report on the data for the Tax/Statements/Transfers tab screen.

    OR, add the ability to filter in the screen for the Return State column so that it is possible to view only Filed state and higher.

  19. In other accounting management software, you can allocate WIP to a previously posted invoice. This is a really handy feature which prevents WIP being written off if a job has already been invoiced and no further invoices will be raised.
    It helps with budgeting and KPI's (preventing WIP writeoff).
    There are enough times when it has been needed, e.g. after a job has been completed and invoiced, and new information comes to light requiring a re-work.
