  1. Client Insights is fantastic for showing client by client stats.
    How about providing a TOTAL for the entire client list or filtered list, so that you can see how each client compares to the selected "community" of clients

  2. Show the difference between the original BAS and then the difference created by the Amended BAS. It is confusing for clients to receive one figure then have us tell them another. The ATO have this feature when lodging on the portal and many other accounting software's have this too.

  5. When entering a number of invoices for the same customer or vendor it would be great not having to reenter the name for each entry. Recommend the ability to "pin" a name for multiple entries under the same name.

  7. FBT Returns - I have been informed by Xero Support that FBT Returns can only be created for the following structure types:

    Individual
    Company
    Trust
    Partnership
    Self Managed Superannuation Fund

    Noting that individuals, partnerships and SMSF do not require FBT Returns it seems more prudent to make them available for the club and society structures who actually my have FBT to lodge.

  9. When drafting AIM reports in XPM, it would be helpful if you could hover over the box number and it lists the accounts that are being mapped there as opposed to changing report codes in blue Xero and continually having to update the AIM report to see if accounts are mapping correctly.

  10. Hi Xero Support,

    We've been generating individual e-invoice from Xero/Invoici for months, however, we could not find any report on e-invoice generated through Xero/Invoici.

    This report could help us in ensuring accuracy of the data exported to MyInvois portal. We would require a specific report on the generated individual e-invoices to make sure that they tally with the sales invoices report from Xero.

    Hi Sally, just to check when you say you'd like to freeze the header row would this be the Report settings at the top of the screen?

    Currently column headers in majority of reports are frozen so you can see these as you scroll through reports.

  15. Companies House sync - Client Onboarding

    Would like to see a Companies House sync for this. Our current PM system has this facility and it saves so much time (and is accurate). Also used as a check when submitting annual CS01 forms. We are considering moving to XPM and this would seal the deal

  16. When invoicing in XPM and choosing the task postings options Yes/No/Future, can you add a column for the cost (not just time and rate) so we can judge what to invoice and how much for.

  17. When running reports, posting timesheets etc, it would be good for the client search function to search the entire name, rather than requiring exact input. Similarly, the ability to type a date in any format (e.g. DD/MM/YY), rather than being exact or using the calendar icon.

  19. In February this year, all suplier invoices that were supposed to be marked 30 days, got moved to due in March and not end Feb due to the 28 days, This needs to be changed as an exception as there will never be 30 days in Feb.

  20. Would it be possible to close sections of the job that you don't use and these stay as default. (Information Tax - job details, custom fields etc.) This would make it easier to see the sections you do use. It would also be useful if you would put them in the order you prefer.

    For example to me the most important section is tasks and these are quite low down the list. I would like this to be a default setting.
