It would be great if Xero AI was smart enough to recognize, or have the ability to set settings, so that if a location is added to a transaction, the default tax code for that region will populate based on whether it is a sale/purchase. But also have the ability to edit the tax code if for some reason you need to

  2. Cash coding screen should be more functional with sort/filter options so that for example you can select 10 different lines that all have the same tax code but then can apply different accounts within that or different tracking categories, etc. This would improve functionality and efficiency as individual data entry would be reduced

  3. Fixed Asset Register report that can be used for audit purposes. Current recon and depreciation do not contain enough info for auditors and exporting of assets list is messy and can't be backdated if you are a few months down the ine from a year end

  4. Ability to attach a document to a specific query on the accountant end.
    Would save us from having to go to the workpaper in order to open the document that the query references. Instead could open directly from the query tab.

  5. When you use the cog in Hubdoc to update supplier information e.g. payment terms it use to being up the supplier, but it has recently stopped doing this. Now you have to search for the supplier to update and this takes time and is frustrating, especially as you use to be able to do this. Please put back this facility.

  6. Currently the search only looks for Recipient name.
    Would be good to have an explanatory note to that effect in the Transfers tab.

    Further, and even better would be ability to search the From names as well.

  7. copy the functionality of access Handisoft to be able to hide details of partners and their own entities from staff in XPM. They can see TFN for example. In Handisoft they can'r even see an address much less who in in the partners private group.

  9. Make a force sync button from Xero to Hubdoc.
    E.g. adding a new account in Xero takes a while for it to eventually show in Hubdoc.
    Unless you have to disable and reactivate the Xero-Hubdoc link

    Why not a button, that just 'force sync' the new chart of accounts into Hubdoc?

  11. Ability to bulk re-allocate invoices to different jobs and or clients.
    It would be great if you could easily re-allocate an invoice (or a cost / timesheet entry) to a different client or job. I have had cases where a clients name/entity type has changed and the recurring invoices have not been posted against the correct client in XPM (old client not new client, even though the invoice is issued under the new name in Xero). Or a client wants to be billed under different entities in a group but there is only one job so i would have to…

  13. Some banks require the ABN or ACN to be present on all pages of the Financial Reports supplied to them. Currently, the only way to do this is to export the report to Excel and then painstakingly type the ABN/ACN in to every single page.

    There should be an option to toggle this on/off. Alternatively a field type that pulls the ABN from the company file would be suffice to add to the report template.

    Please see attached an example on the footer of a report page.

  15. Once the Statutory accounts are generated more customisation options would be very helpful. The ability to add or group headings in the P&L and balance sheet would be great. Currently there is no option to show pre-tax profits in the P&L or to show more detail within certain grouped headings in the balance sheet.

    I had disposed some of fixed assets using disposal function in XERO. But I noticed that there is no field for me to type the memo/description to type the reason of disposal. I also can't find any field to upload the supporting document for that.

  18. The relocation of ‘edit’ on the drop down feature of options within invoicing.

    Reason being, it is far too close to ‘copy’ and on a couple of occasions whilst invoicing I have selected ’edit’ rather than ‘copy’ which has caused some cash flow issues and time explaining to clients where the issue has arisen.

    By simply separating them on the drop down would eliminate the accidental selection. Once selecting ‘edit’ or ‘copy’ the only difference is once changes invoice number and the other doesn’t.
