  1. The ability to sort Activity Statement "Transactions by Rate" report by 'account code'. This makes the detailed report much easier to review and pick up mistakes. MYOB has always had this function and it is a good time saver. Much easier to look through the report

  2. Add Last Items on Hubdoc invoices - lines to be populated in the same order as the previous one. And/or enable the function to rearrange the line items on a multiple line invoice in Hubdoc (like you can in Xero).

  4. It would be useful if in the Tax Statements reporting data set, we could also see GST statement data (currently only Income Tax and SLS show) so that we can check for unpaid GST balances.

  7. In the last week the ability to add multiple tasks to new employees has been taken away, you can still add all jobs but without the ability to add all tasks or some as well that feature is now useless.

    please can you tell me why this has been removed and bring it back asap. I have staff unable to complete time sheets at the moment.

Xero tax software needs to be amended so that a provisional tax payment requested based on the previous year plus 10% shows up as the first installment of provisional tax due in the xero tax return even though the client hasn't made the payment but is required to have paid by the 1st provisional tax date. At present shows as 0.00 which is incorrect based on the inland revenue rules. So at present have to copy the tax return to a pdf export to word and then manually amended the tax return to show the correct tax payment that was…

  10. when the cost was initially onboarded in XPM, the costing was not properly setup. Upon turnover to me, I noticed it automatically when exporting reports that the cost don't have figures on it. Upon updating the staff cost (manually PER EMPLOYEE profile), it still won't reflect in the previous periods prior to the input of the staff cost.

  13. Enable reporting / export for the 'Fee from Refund' field under Tax under the Tax and Company section in clients.

    The other fields in the ax and Company section are available in the Client & Contact Report Builder, however this field is overlooked. I understand that there is a 3rd party request to have this field included in the Client API.

  14. As a dedicated Xero partner, I've been leveraging the capabilities of the XPM Suite in conjunction with Seamlss to manage and streamline my operations. While the current integration offers a range of functionalities, I've observed that the existing API limitations are hindering our efficiency.

    One of the most pressing concerns is the manual transfer of sensitive client data, especially Bank Details. My administrative team often finds themselves in the tedious and risky position of copying and pasting this critical information due to the API constraints. This not only consumes valuable time but also poses potential security risks.

  15. We have a number of firm incentives for both partners and managers relating to their individual client portfolios. An ability to review their control of WIP, billings and receipts should not be a major effort. Or is Pulse the answer?

  16. Can we please be able to view and individuals FIRST NAME and LAST NAME on the Client Details Screen. Currently you can only see what the First Name and Last Name for a client is by going in to Edit the page. It seems extremely weird that you can't view the First Name and Last Name of a client on the Main Details page when arguably that is the most important detials of an Individual!

  17. We would like to suggest an enhancement to the Xero payroll software that could significantly improve its functionality for our company.

    Currently, Xero offers download options for various pension providers, but we've noticed that True Potential is not among them.

    We propose the addition of a CSV download option specifically for the True Potential pension provider.

    Given that Xero already possesses the necessary data, incorporating this feature would eliminate the need for manual data entry and formatting, reducing the risk of errors and saving valuable time.

  18. Can there be a date period added to calculate the averages on this report?
    We do not find "The average in the account is calculated based on all transaction lines in the account for the life of the organisation" to be of use unfortunately.

  20. Invoices issued from XPM need to have the ability to have payment services so that clients can click on a Pay Now button and pay the invoice immediately in order to:
    - improve cashflow by collecting monies as soon as possible
    - remove the need to push invoices into blue xero to gain access to Pay Now functionality
    - remove double handling of invoices that practice staff originate in XPM and then operations staff have to issue from blue Xero. Practice staff should be able to manage practice invoices without having to involve operations staff.
