  1. Practice Manager - Client Report - Include Client Verification notes as a reportable field.

    Wanting to create a report that enables us to view the notes added to the Client Verification section. Currently it looks like you can only build reports with the Date Verified, Verified by and Verified fields. Would be good to be able to also view the notes. Particularly for non-individual clients who also need to have the relevant individuals also verified which does not always happen at the same time.

    Current workaround is to create a new custom field to record the same information as recorded…

  2. Have the ability to create more than one report style (colour and logo) so when you export to a 'Styled PDF' there are choices beyond 'no styling' and your default.

  3. Hubdoc App. Can we have the ability to hide archived documents. Or create a separate tab similar to the web version. Another option is to make archived documents dim so clients are aware that the documents are processed and are in Xero.

  5. BAS & IAS Filters.
    We would like to be able to setup filters to separate BAS's & IAS's that have the same due date.
    There is the option in the filter, tax type, to select 'Business Activity Statement' or 'Instalment Activity Statement', however, all Activity Statements are listed as tax type AS. We would like to be able to change the tax type to either be BAS or IAS.

  6. Currently if you are using auto-sync hubdoc will only allow either purchases or credit notes from suppliers, but not both. If auto-sync is set to purchases then credit notes uploaded are posted as bills, and vice-versa.

    Particularly for high volume customers it would be useful if Hubdoc could differentiate between them and post them appropriately on auto-sync.

  7. A number of our clients simply use hubdoc as a filing system as publishing to Xero is not as simple as they would like.
    So we maintain their Hubdoc accounts, we update the document type and archive. It would savea huge amount of time if we could bulk edit and bulk archive rather than having to do this one document at a time.

  8. It would be hugely helpful if we could add rules under supplier settings in hubdoc much like the bank rules in Xero. E.G. Client has a home office and I want to split the electricity bill 33% to Power and 67% to Drawings. Number 1 - I won't have to try and remember what the percentage for each client is as they vary and number 2 - I would be able to use the automated function to Publish to Xero.

  9. In the last financial year, we made multiple and significant layout changes to the accounting schedules in our financial notes.
    Therefore, we intend to 'Copy and Edit' most of our financial reports. However, we have found that when you 'edit layout' it removes the date field codes in our numbered notes regardless of if you edit the number notes or not - therefore losing it's auto updating feature.
    As a result, we are now having to manually update the year in all of our financials, or start from scratch.
    Please make it so edit layout does not remove date fields…

  10. It would be nice to have a report where you show the Transaction Date, Account, Check Number, Description, Coding.

    Currently the Check Number is not a data field that you can put into a report.

  11. When preparing a cover email for documents being sent for signature, it would be great to be able to view the placeholders before sending the document, to check it reads correctly for the scenario.

  12. We would like to have the ability to either customise the Status fields in the Workpapers. Or alternatively have the client Group appear next to the Organisation Name on the main Workpapers page, so we can easily see the client groups.

  13. At present it is not possible to provide a quote to a group. Eg Joe Bloggs has a company, trust, partnership and smsf and his wife and kids. We want to provide a quote for the group however XPM only allows the quote to be done for the one client.

  17. It would be ideal if the "Write On Amount" fields in WIP Ledger reporting within XPM are made available in the API. We leverage multiple systems that need to tack together a formula to measure write offs using the available fields in the API, or cannot include Write On information, so is often inaccurate.

  18. There are client level fields for phone and fax numbers. We have not had a fax machine in the office for a number of years. and it would be more useful to have these fields nominated as landline and mobile numbers. Consideration would have to be given to how this meshes into FYIDocs and FuseSign as FuseSign has issues if the phone number field does not meet its defined parameters.

  19. Where $nil value invoices are pushed to our "Xero Export Failed" list, it would be great to be able to select all $nil balance invoices in the "Xero Export Failed" list, and "Write Off Balance" in bulk. Currently we need to go into each invoice, one at a time, and select "Write Off Balance"

  20. Calculated Opening Balance on partner accounts (bold line), plus OB for conversion year showing on a separate line. It would be practical to merge this two, but the calculated OB line can't be merged into a group. Instead opening balances prior conversion year must be entered in an unbalanced journal - looked up manual - ok, but just unusual and I have spent too much time on contacting Xero Support and finding this solution.
    Merging the two OB lines would be a much quicker way.
