Hubdoc - Convert bank statement to csv file
We would like Hubdoc to convert an uploaded Bank statement into a csv file.
So as to easily import the data into Xero to reconcile new bank accounts prior to bank feed connection.
Hello everyone, we want to let you know that we’ve recently released the ability to convert PDF bank statements into pre-formatted CSV files in Xero (Read more on our blog for more information).
Currently, this feature is only available in the US and Canada. We know this tool will also be valuable to other regions and we'll be sure to update you with any new information about it becoming available globally.
For now, we’ll move the status of this idea to ‘Under review’. So keep voting and give us your input on how this feature can benefit your workflow!

Would really help if this was available in the UK, as at present I am using Auto Entry for Bank Statements and then importing the csv file into Xero for clients that have Hubdocs

We need UK banks to be fully supported ASAP, so that Hubdoc can convert PDF statements to CSV, ready for import into XERO. Thanks!

I would like to be able to convert pdf to csv in hubdoc with UK bank statements.
Why US and Canada are special. We would like to be treated equally in UK with hubdoc.

Strange that we have to vote/request for this, knowing your competitors like Dext already do this. And why is Canada and US special?

Availabilty in the UK please, given that there isn't any clear indication of the fact that is isn't anywhere in Xero's or Hubdoc's marketing. Was excited to find an alternative to Dext, but it appears that I might have to find another work around.

Is there any update on when this will be brought to the UK. As I was given the impression by a Xero manager that this was already in place. and Upgraded to Hubdocs for this specific reason.
Most of your website also implies this is a feature....

This 100% is needed for the EU as well! This will be an absolute game changer!

Please add American Express.
Just used this feature for the first time on scanned copies of Wells Fargo Statements. It was an absolute game changer saving days of labor! Thank you!

Please have this feature for Singapore soon.
Now we use other tools to do just as fast conversion to CSV.
So I hope Hubdoc does not lose out on this integrated ability, and take too long to roll it out. Hahaha.

When will this feature be available in Australia and also available in MyXero? Will it mean that the pdf bank statement is uploaded into Xero, read by xero and be ready for reconciliation without the need to upload the csv file?

Please add this for Australian Hubdoc urgently. Have moved several clients from receiptbank to hubdoc and really miss this very critical feature as it was an efficient, timesaver providing accuracy of transactions
-

Yes please for the UK.
Some clients are just not organsied enough to provide a bank feed or QIF files.
Excel/cv files can be more trouble than they are worth to tidy up for upload.
Pdf paper or soft copy can take a long time to input (especially when littered with personal transactions).
The solution is certainly out there. I'd rather pay charges to Xero than AutoEntry (albeit it less per bank statement). -
