It would be extremely helpful if the list view could include an additional column or indicator showing whether each tax return results in a refund or payable outcome.

This would allow users to easily identify the status of each return at a glance, without having to open them individually. It would be a great time-saver, especially when managing multiple clients or periods.

Thank you for considering this improvement. It would make the workflow much more efficient for practitioners.

It would significantly improve efficiency if the Tax Returns tab in the client record displayed the payable or refundable amount alongside the existing details (such as return type, year, and status).

Currently, users need to open each individual return to check whether a client has a payable or refundable amount. This is time-consuming, especially when reviewing multiple returns across the client base. Including this information at a glance would streamline workflows, assist in faster client queries, and improve visibility for the team.

It would also be useful for this information to appear in the ‘All Returns’ view, allowing for better management and tracking across the practice.

Not sure if it exists or not, but it would be great to be able to log into a client's tax return tab and see the payable / refund results next to the year of the return instead of having to log into them one by one. I've created a very rough view of what I mean with the additional column on the right (client's name has been changed for security reasons)

It would be great to see the tax refund/payable next to the tax return in the client view, tax returns tab, saves opening up the tax form. Would also be good to see the assigned staff member in the jobs tab in client view, saves clicking into job.

This would be extremely helpful. Nothing worse than having to open up the tax return to find the outcome of the return, especially when you are checking multiple returns. If this could feed into the Tax Return screen in XPM under the client it would be amazing.
