  1. HUBDOC Sorting Alphabetical Feature needed PLEASE. Wishing to request an extra sort option under the "Sort by" button above the "Processing", "Review", "Failed", "Archived" tabs. Currently we have "Upload Date", "Bill Date", "Due Date" & "Amount" options. We create a statements folder for each month and when we're trying to check off the statements with whats in Xero report that is sorted by alphabetical order it would be practical. Also its good to allocate suppliers in the review tab in alphabetical order too if you have a huge number to do then you are compartmentalising that supplier and all the…

When we set up a new lead and allocate it to an owner, the activities should auto allocate to the owner, instead it is setting to the responsibility of the admin person setting up the lead resulting in additional time taken to reallocate each of the the activities causing unnessary time consumption

As XPM integrates with FYI workflow, and you can toggle between viewing a workflow by jobs or by task, it would be a massive help if when importing annual compliance job templates with pre-defined tasks, you can define the task start and due date as part of the import and not have to individually go through and update these once the jobs have deployed.

  4. Right now it's not possible to connect XPM to a google drive other than 'My Drive' for a Google Drive user. We hold all our client data on a separate Google workspace drive that is shared within the company and want to connect this client drive, so that tasks and clients on XPM can be linked to client folders or documents in the shared client google drive.

    Its not feasible to move those client folders from the shared drive to 'My Drive' in order to access these on Xero practice Manager, and instead we have to paste long link addresses…

    Hey community - just popping back in to re-open this idea 😊

    Our previous update confirmed this was possible for users in Australia, however the bulk of this group is based in the UK, where this feature is not available.

    As such, we'll be shifting this back to 'Submitted' to continue to collect votes around this feature in a UK Tax context.

  6. Could you please add the option to do GST returns Semi-Annually? in Xero Reports

  7. It would be great if there was a link between the billable expenses in Xero and XPM that would allow for billable expenses assigned to a client to be created as a cost in XPM. We currently add these manually as a cost on the job.

  8. I would like the payroll reports to be able to be sorted by first name or last name. I sue them for a number of reporting requirements with third parties and it would make it so much easier if I was able to do this.

  9. Is it possible to get the total of the VAT due/refund on the VAT report in Xero for a period. Currently one have to do a calculation to see the VAT due/refund. Or have to generate the VAT201 report to see the amount due.
    Ideal one would like to see the VAT due outomatically calculated as well as die balance of the VAT control account on one report. See attachement for an example.

  12. We need a report that is cash basis and can have number of items sold during a time period. This report also needs revenue totals and allow a tracking category. Essentially this is to produce a report to determine Royalties that are due on some products that are sold.

  14. When doing a CTR for a client that has an ARBN. There is no ARBN field to enter this detail for our client.
    Can you please create a ARBN field and for this to pull from the clients details onto the CTR - as per the attached screenshot of the CTR

  15. Ability to allocate disbursements against a client - rather than a job.

    Where small costs (postage/courier, ASIC fees, software fees) are paid on behalf of a client, we shouldn't have to set-up a job just for these minor items - which will then sit as an open job for months until we bill the client next.

  17. Please make currency codes in dropdown menu in item 20 ITR display alphabetically (what psychopath decided it was a good idea to put them in a random order?). Also, it should have built-in exchange rates based on ATO average and year end data with the ability to select a methodology (i.e. Actual, Average, or Year End).

  19. With Xero Ask queries you specify a due date but if the query is not replied to there is no reminder sent to the client once the date has passed.

    Can we please have reminders automatically sent, much in the same way invoice reminders are sent.

Have the option to have a tick box to show a section as completed, as if you have to leave a return part completed and then return to it, (which could be nearly 2 months later) as you have requested additional information, you have to go through it all again to check what you have done whereas a tick box would show which has been done and save you some time.

    Thank you for raising this idea, Ruth. Our Product team can definitely see the benefits of adding support for this. As you will know personal tax has some permanent schedules (Client details, Attachments etc). Would you only expect to have the completed tracking against the schedules that are added or the permanent schedules as well?
