Ability to view key information for all users
When customising the homepage view, it would be helpful to have the option to set that customised layout as the default view for all users.
This would make sure everyone logging into the file sees the same key information and widgets to keep everyone aligned

Homepage | Widget for next Payroll
Next Payroll Wiget for Homepage
When the new homepage was launched, I was hoping for a widget that had the link to the next scheduled payroll, the draft amount, the due date, leave to approve, timesheets to approve, last payroll (perhaps), super payments, etc. Layout could be like the 'Bills to pay' widget without the chart. Given that in Australia, SGC will need to be paid each payroll, that draft amount could also be added in the widget, linking to the Super payments module.1 voteThanks for your idea and feedback here in the forums, Michael. Our product teams are still working on enhancements to the homepage and we'll keep a watchful eye on the interest in a payroll widget like you've described here.

Homepage | Bank accounts - Toggle/option to conceal bank balances
On the Dashboard and Bank Accounts pages, the bank balance could be greyed out for better privacy. There could be a simple toggle control to hide and show the numbers on the screen.

Homepage | Profit & Loss - Common date selections (like report)
Why don't I have the same Time period options in the 'Net Profit and Loss' widget as I do on the actual report page?
I want to be able to see CURRENT month, quarter, etc on my home page and not just previous.
Inconvenient to have to click on the report and then change the time period manually every time I want to see how the month is tracking instead of just having the option directly on the homepage.1 voteAppreciate the feedback, Andreas. This isn't somethign we have plans for right now, but will start to gather interest in from the community here.

Homepage - Add Draft Bills
Ability to have a widget that lists Draft Bills. We leverage the Xero API to load expenses but they sit in Draft until coded. This would provide a 'To Do list'
1 voteHi Uri, from the Bills to pay widget you'll see there is a summary of Draft bills which if you click will take you directly to your list of Draft bills to review.

Homepage | Add a Projects widget with ability to record, or add time on the fly
Could we have a Project widget for time-recording, so you can track and save time right from the homepage.

Homepage - View total cash in banks (like on the app)
There is a widget to show our 3 bank accounts and their balances, but there is nothing that shows the total cash in bank amount?
When I log on in the app the first thing I see is the total amount of money in all our bank accounts combined. Why is it not the same when using windows?
1 voteGood to hear that you find this feature in the app useful, Shaun. These experiences differ as our Xero Accounting apps teams have a focus on the most valuable features our customers would find when doing work 'on-the-go'.

Homepage - Cash in/out Graph ability to set longer period
Currently this only shows over a 12 month period when in all cases I'd like to see how well each customer or supplier has performed against the same month last year.
At worst could this not simply be a 15 month graph (as if it were 13 then the previous month/previous year would drop of when everything was in by the beginning of the following month?
- at best could you select filters to compare even the past 3 years by month etc...
3 votesWe appreciate the feedback on having more controls over the period of the cash in and out widget.
With the rollout of the new Homepage underway our product teams have a close ear to the ground of feedback and I'll be sure to update if there is any changes planned for the periods of this widget here.
