  1. A function to create tasks and recurring tasks to show on your dashboard, much like Google Tasks. A basic To-Do list that shows recurring tasks that you need to complete every month for each client. This links in with XPM as a CRM system.

    Appreciate your idea here, Johnny. Great to be hearing how we could make more improvements to the new Xero Partner Hub homepage to help your practice run.

    We'll start to track the support in this here. As you'll have seen our product team are highly engaged with the feedback coming in on this and I'll make sure to let you know if there are any updates for this in the works.

  2. The Jobs List on the Old Home Page is a useful tool as it shows the status of Jobs allocated to you with out having to navigate away. This is important when more than one member of staff is allocated to a job. Allows you to know when to review or if a job has been sent for approval without navigating away from the home page.

    Good to understand the details that you find most useful when quickly reviewing jobs, William. Thanks for sharing with us here.

    For now, we'll get an understanding of others that'd also like to see this through your idea, here.

  3. It would be AMAZING if we could have some useful management reports, like monthly Team Performance by staff member with KPI data (write offs $, write off %, ROI, Average charge rate, total invoiced, closing WIP) and Practice Performance over the same metrics :)

    Also some dashboard widgets that show these metrics personal to the user on their home page.

  4. The Timer doesn't allow you to scroll to the bottom to see the next time entry unless you are on the home page.

  6. Job Notifications - new notifications do not open up until you open an existing job (so we do not know that they are even there until you open the job)..Suggest Job Notifications should open when entering Job Manager (i.e. One level up).

  7. Where do I find the dashboard milestones - it was my due tody, and overdue milestones. I can't find them in the new dashboard.

    Hi Glennis, Milestones aren't available from the new Xero Partner Hub homepage, however if you'd like to use this you can still switch back to the old Dashboard.

    Right now our product team are watching the feedback through this forum closely, and we'd like to gauge the interest from others for this on your idea.

  8. The Timesheet Entry pop up on the right side of the page, Cannot be minimised outside of the Home page screen. So if you toggle to a client or to correct a job and happen to have not closed it, you can't then close it without returning to the main home screen. Despite the Cross in the corner, this appears not to work.

  9. The beta has "Recent Organisations" in the dropdown under the practice name, but nothing is coming up and there is no ability to search.

    Please can we have this reinstated - I don't want to have to go to the clients screen or Xero HQ to get to a client's Xero file every time I open up XPM

  11. It would be great to see which clients still needed their GST returns filed by a specific due date. This way we could preempt any returns not filed before the due date.

    Great to hear the different uses our Partners are thinking of with Insights, Sam. Appreciate your feedback.

    Right now we're gauging interest from the community here but I'll let you know if there are any updates coming that'd help with this view for you.

  12. So when on home Practice Hub Per User- A Widget you can link your favourite Clients in a Widget for easy quick access to their Xero Files.
    Similar to Favorites Clients on ATO Home Screen.

  13. Job Page Hogs entire screen

    • I'd assume majority are not blind and old. Old interface is so much better.
    • I still want to see my jobs on the side.
    • Change it, it's embarrassing.

    Appreciate the feedback, Arnie. Our product team are staying close to the feedback we're receiving about updates in Jobs. It'd be good to see if there are others in the new experience that feel the same way.

    I'll let you know if we have any further enhancements around the layout for you here.

  14. The new beta job creation doesn't do anything the old one didn't do, everything is just either bigger or surrounded by more white space so there's less information on screen at once. It feels great on a touchscreen on an iPad, but I would assume most users are on a desktop where the experience is now just worse.

  16. Having the paid invoices in a separate archive folder is annoying. I used to be able to see the jobs and invoices in one screen, so having them separate is too many mouse clicks away and not immediately visible. Should be one screen for invoices, with a paid indicator next to it.
