XPH - Ability to view clients with unreconciled accounts and discuss tab comments
Please reinstate items to be reconciled in My Xero for users with multiple accounts (companies).
The old format alerted users to new bank transactions and allowed users to see at a glance in My Xero which companies have items to be reconciled.
The new format doesn't which means users have to open every company to see if there has been activity. This is very inefficient and takes far too much time.

I've commented on this before and would add that someone on another community site said that the "unreconciled" items could be seen on a list [Xero HQ -> Insights], then wait what seems like an eternity depending on the number of accounts you've got, and looking at all the noise on that page before seeing the Numbers. It's there but of no real use to me as too slow, but thought I'd share this comment, in case others were unaware of this and may benefit.
Not ideal I know. I'll be really fed up if this full feature isn't reinstated. Xero is is meant to save time......it doesn't for me....

Xero Home - show the number of unreconciled transactions against each client including where the 'discus' tab has been used.

Items to be reconciled plus the number of Comments against each Account in My Xero.
Whilst I know that this is now available to us in Insights Xero HQ [Items to be reconciled], I find it too time-consuming as it takes time to update, even after deleting all the unnecessary columns.
It was far easier and quicker to see the number of Items to be reconciled AND discussion notes from My Xero. Have had various feedback from clients who say the same. From their POV, they have to go into each account to see this info and action.Can we not just have this info available within the My Xero Page?

Since the recent update to the My Xero dashboard, bookkeepers and accountants no longer have a way to see at a glance which client organisations have unreconciled bank transactions.
Previously, My Xero provided a quick, cross-client signal that highlighted when an organisation needed attention. This was an essential control feature for practices managing multiple clients.
Now, to identify unreconciled items, users must:
Open each organisation individually
Navigate to Accounting → Bank accounts
Manually check reconciliation status
This significantly increases time spent on routine checks and increases the risk of missed unreconciled transactions.

Seeing unreconciled transactions on the Home Screen is a vital part of my routine!
It shows me if a client has raised a 'discus' and then I can address the issue quickly.
Removing the visibilty of unreconciled items from the Xero Home screen is a big step backwards to productivity.
It worked fine - please reinstate it!!! -

There's an app called BAS Ready that helps with this, showing how many unreconciled transactions are left, and what they are. It also shows this for each month, so it's helpful for BAS. It also shows a bunch of other useful info for BAS, including payroll info.

On the MY Xero you were able to see at a glance on this page all the clients and the bank unreconciled totals and with comments totals against each client . Now this unreconciled info has been moved to the insights page but not the comments totals . XERO support have said you need to go to the insights and click in each client to get this info . This is now creating way more work for us , having to go into each client to get the info. Please can this feature be put back to the MY XERO page on under each clients name to save this extra work we are having to do now , I for one are really annoyed about this .

Have they actually removed this feature or is it just broken?
Couldn't agree more though, wasting a huge amount of time because of this.
