XPH - Hyperlinks open in new tab
Hyperlinks constantly (but not consistently) open in a new tab. This is not a necessary feature as you can already manually open hyperlinks in new tabs. Being forced to constantly open new tabs clutters existing tabs, is inconvenient and time wasting when you have to juggle tasks.

Not having it consistent is a major nuisance! I finally start to get an idea of which pages open in a new tab (e.g. going to Jobs tab on Client page) and then the next time it doesn't, when I'm expecting and counting on it to.
