Repeating Invoice - bulk update of amounts
We are a subscription based business, so it would be great to be able to bulk update repeating invoice amounts. Either by selecting all the ones we'd like to change or by pushing through new inventory/product/service price changes. At the moment we have to change every single repeating invoice and this takes hours and hours!

Our product team is beginning to explore repeating invoices and the future of how we support these type of regular transactions. As part of this they're carefully considering popular ideas that have been raised by our community. We’ll come back to share further updates, once they’ve got a good handle on where this works stems.

Customer Statement - Send an overdue invoice statement
The option to manually or automatically create an overdue statement for late paying customers
332 votesHi everyone, it's great to have the insights from your support and comments here. We understand how sending overdue statements would help in cashflows and reduce steps in following up on the most important payments from customers.
We appreciate the needs you've shared and want you to know this is high on our teams radar. While it's not on the roadmap just yet, this is something we'd like to address and the team have done some initial discovery of.

Quotes - Access to contacts and adding details
There is a difference between the functionality of new quote page and the old one.
On the old quote page, when a new contact was entered and the quote was saved, you could then click directly on the contact field which was linked to the contact page. This allowed you to quickly add additional info (email address, phone number, etc). This made emailing the quote quick and easy.
On the new form, after you save the quote the contact name remains in edit mode.... so you cannot click on it to get to the contact page. There is no link…
58 votesHi team, we appreciate your idea and interest for this here. We apologise it's been a bit quiet on our front till now, however I want to assure you product ideas continues to be a core channel for our product teams as they continue to plan their roadmaps.
I'm pleased to share an update that this is a feature our product teams are currently taking a look into. As soon as there is further news on this to share I'll be back with another update for you on this.

Similar to the ability to email bills into Xero, can we get the ability to email in invoices into Xero please?

Xero Mail - Send as @company-name.com not message-service@post.xero.com
Ability to make an email sent from Xero appear as @company-name.com instead of message-service@post.xero.com, when users send an email to their client/customer.
Purpose: To provide more validity when sending communications from Xero out to clients/customers and avoid items ending up in Spam/Junk mail.
427 votesHi team, we appreciate the on-going support and feedback we're receiving on this idea and pleased to be able to share this update. Our product team are actively exploring how we can best solve for the needs raised here, although at this time are unable to provide any set timeframes.
They are very much aware of the appetite from our community on this, and as part of their exploration have reached out some users here as they gather insights.
For the time being we'll shift to In discovery and I'll return as soon as there is more on this to share.
