Branding - Improve logo size and resolution on transactions
Ability to add bigger better quality logo's at the top of the body of invoices sent as emails.
132 px x 37 px ends up so tiny and always blury (I have tried all formats but some sort of extra compression is going on in the backend. Don't look so good for us graphic designers ;-)
ps: screen shot attached so you can see where I mean, designscope logo always blury :-(
Hi community, happy to provide an update to you all here. As some may have already started using - we've introduced our invoice template editor which is currently available to all NZ, AU, UK and US organisations and soon to be with all other regions.
Along with a slicker, smoother experience being able to customise and personalise the look of your invoices this new standard branding option has no restrictions on logo resolution or size. Find out more about this feature on Xero Central.
I'll be back to confirm once this has been release to remaining regions!

I’ve run into the exact same blurry logo issue on invoice emails—no matter if I use PNG, SVG, or 100% black-and-white, the backend squashes it down to something that looks like a bad fax from 1999. For a designer, that tiny 132x37 px limit feels like a joke when you’ve spent time on a clean brand mark. What helped me temporarily was over-scaling the logo to about 400x112 px and adding extra contrast, but the real fix has to come from the platform’s image handling. On a different note, I recently used https://www.gambody.com/ to grab some game-accurate STL files for a personal print project, and their model previews stay crisp even after download—so it’s definitely possible to keep image quality intact across a system. If the invoice tool could learn something from that level of asset care, we’d all stop sending blurry receipts.

This is still an outstanding issue. If you set a brand logo via company information. the quality is still abysmal regardless of resolution of the logo upload.
If you delete that logo, the branding theme logo comes through. Problem is that isn't as appropriate for the email portion of the invoicing.

I find this a definite problem with Reports. The small 250kb logo is just like a pimple on a pumpkin, especially on the Title page and Contents page. Also, I would like the abililty to format the Title page to my own specifications. Thanks.

My current workaround to the blurry logo on invoices is to download the PDF invoice, use InDesign to reapply my logo in high res, then re-export it from InDesign. The way the logo looks straight from Xero is really embarrassing.

I agree, please solve the resolution issue. This still seems to be a problem and looks so bad being a creative and with a blurry logo on invoices.

I would like to be able to adjust (increase) the logo size as it appears in the Remittance Advice email. Currently it appears in the e-mail as quiet a small image which is not in line with our branding.

The crazy thing is Xero just launched revamped invoicing but did not solve this issue! This doesn't even seem like a hard fix. Xero, please handle low-hanging fruit like this. Otherwise, I can't recommend your service to other design agencies and will consider transferring to a competitor's software.

This issue has been ongoing for years. As a creative company having a blurry logo on our invoices is highly unprofessional and damaging to our brand. Please fix this, Xero.

I fully support the need for this fix!
As an accounting system that charges a high fee for its services, it's surprising to see that Xero fails to meet the basic customer need of presenting its customers professionally.
I urge the Xero team to prioritize this simple fix.

As others have said, it's ridiculous that you can't include a decent size logo with your emails. It really does look unprofessional.

For such an "Essential" business application this issue is laughable.
Basically Xero makes your business look inept...

I have the same issue. I have resized our logo to their dimensions and it's still fuzzy!

Or open up the file type/format options to some of the ones that scale without losing quality please.
