Hi, fellow Xero users, ive found a workaround for you even if Xero arent helping on this one.

If you put in the email address in Xero to email to yourself instead of the customer it will send them all individually to you instead of your customer and then you can prepare a single email for you to then attach each pdf invoice.

Its still a bit of work to do just the same, but instead of your customer getting tons of individual invoices in emails you get them instead, to prepare for them as 'one email' with 'all' the pdf invoices you need to send.

Our requirements
- Sending more than one invoices with all other attachments in a single email to a signle client. (Separate pdf for each invoices)

A great idea. I have members who have missed paying their subscription last year and now this year, but can't be bothered to advise whether they intend to cancel their membership or not.

We are a ready mix company and every truckload of concrete has it's own invoice. This means that many times we have multiple customers that will have 10+ invoices each per day, sometimes even spread over 2 or more days. To be able to combine all invoices into one email would be a blessing because during the busy season, I don't have the time to print to pdf & attach for every job. And our customers would appreciate it too.

A variation of this request is to send multiple "company" invoices to one contact:

My main client has multiple LLCs, and an invoice is created for each LLC ("company"). As a result, Xero sees these as separate companies .

If there was a way to send multiple "company" invoices in one email, that feature may prove beneficial to many users.

When creating invoices there should be a box that when ticked adds the invoice to an email cue. So that at the end of the day you can send the invoices you made and ticked that day to customers. It's really annoying having the invoices separated into several different sections and then having to go and select each individual customer to then send the emails to.

Hi, if you can enable selecting and sending multiple invoices on a single email, this would be much better. We use Xero Projects, and we create a number of different projects and in turn generate separate invoices for the same client. Example one client would have 20 invoices. Therefore it would be more efficient that all these invoices are sent in one email via Xero instead of using the email account and attaching them as a pdf.

As a user with a small number of customers, but many pms that sent invoices to the same customer this is really important

!! Please create an option to send multiple invoices in one email - as MANY others have said below clients receiving multiple emails looks like SPAM and seem very unprofessional.

Also a personalised address would make is seem less like SPAM too.

It's too urgent that this feature is enabled in XERO . it looks basic that one email contain all of the same client invoice. and on the other hand looks daft that a client asking for copies of invoices get them in 5 separate emails .Xero is defo smarter than that

This is a very important feature, that should have been in Xero from long time back.

Extremely critical, to not have this functionality option makes Xero look stupid.

100% this needs to be a feature, we send 100's of invoices and for our client to receive each one individually is not good. Even if it was in batches of say 10 per email this would be so much better for us and our client.

This is a business critical item for us as well. We have clients who receive 30-40 invoices at month end and it would be great to include a statement with a single stripe link to pay their account, presently they have to be sent individual invoices with payment links on each, very very time consuming for our customers and us!

Instead of emailing customer invoices from Xero individually, add a feature where you can add multiple invoices for the same customer and send them in one email. Instead of the invoices being emailed individually in separate emails.

A basic function that even some free softwares provide. I hope Xero will implement this soon!

yes i agree with Emer as well the facility to also use this for reminders to clients with multiple invoices would be a great facility. The combination of both functions as described would be a major time saver as curently have to do all sorts of manual work arounds to handle this (or 'bombard' the customer with multiple indivdual emails which is pretty un-professional (for us and xero !)
