E-invoicing - United Arab Emirates
E-Invoicing in the UAE.
This will soon be a requirement in the UAE with legislation to be passed on this.
Please can we as Xero users have a standard process template for this.
Hi everyone, thanks for your support and feedback on UAE e-invoicing. We appreciate wanting more information on the timing.
We’re pleased to confirm that the capability requested here is now available through Invoici by Xero.
You can now connect your Xero organisation, register for the UAE e-invoicing, appoint Casim as your Accredited Service Provider, and test sending and receiving structured e-invoices over the Peppol test network.
Invoici is currently in pre-live. Production-network sending and receiving, plus tax-data submission to the UAE Ministry of Finance, will be added before the relevant mandate dates.
Thanks again for helping us prioritise this.

I would use Xero for my new business in the UAE if it was compliant with e-invoicing

This will be mandatory by 2026, we need to know if xero will be compliant otherwise we need to check other options.
