AU Payroll - Self-Onboarding history log to show this was entered by employee
Upon approving an employee’s submitted details via the self-onboarding feature, we observed that the transaction history reflects the approver as the one who entered the details, rather than the employee who originally submitted them.
For audit trail purposes, it would be helpful to identify the employee as the original submitter, while maintaining a separate record of the approver’s action.
Alternatively, a feature that allows printing or exporting the submitted self-onboarding form (as originally completed by the employee) would also address this need.

Definitely need this. As a temporary workaround, when reviewing the form before submitting, I right click and print it as pdf, so I have a record showing that the employee completed it.

Yes, this is not ok from an Audit Trail perspective, I wasted time today looking for emails of instruction for unticking the Tax free threshold for an employee when a client queried me as when I looked at the audit trail and it said it was me I couldn't figure out why I would have done that. Then it dawned on me it was the employee onboarding that filled it in but has my name all over it. Not ok. How can we prove to our clients we didn't do something if it has our name on it that we did. At the very least, it needs to show we approved the final set up of the employee but anything the employee fills in cannot have our name on it.
