Login - Use backup email or phone for confirmation of suspicious login
you should be able to confirm your account with a secondary email. I got locked out of my primary email, and Xero thought my normal log in was suspicious. I had not way to confirm my account. I have a secondary email. What is the point of the secondary email if there is no way to use it to confirm my account? Or use my phone for a text confirmation.

Provide a standard setup for non-profits complete with all the correct reporting and terminology. In the age of AI this should be standard option for end users.

User permissions - ability to select more options
It would be great to be able to select/deselect more options under each role if the role isn't quite right.
E.g. I need a user to be able to view all the previous invoices and create new ones but not be able to approve invoices. Neither Sales nor Draft sales roles offer this option.

Backup
When coding expenditure, my farmlands account has a month's expenditure and some transactions need splitting into business or personal. So entering details for a single bill can take an hour. There is no saving of data entered if I get disconnected from the internet although many people have apparently requested this. It was suggested I enter data offline in the Xero app, then synch it when going online, but i cannot do this because there is no option of 'none' in the tracking categories. Is it possible to reconcile a transaction then edit it later? I like Xero because it…

User Roles - Restrict Users from accessing Notes & History for contacts *sensitive financial information*
Currently when you grant a user the ability to draft sales and purchases, this comes with the ability for that user to access the notes & history for all contacts. This contains sensitive financial information associated with that contact.
It would be useful to add in to Settings > Users > Permissions to be able to restrict access to contact notes & history as an option across all user permissions.

user added email notification
An emaill notification of a new user being added to the file plus a history of who added someone the file should be set up as a security to the those who manager users. This audit trail is important to the security of the files and a good backup check.

Lock Date Message - link directly to financial settings
