User permissions - Ability to bulk delete users
completing a cert IV in accounting and bookkeeping you have to become a user for approximately 10 different companies. Therefore once you have finished your course they sit in your My Xero, the only way to remove yourself as a user it to do each one, can you have an option to remove yourself as a user for multiple companies in one step.
Hi team, thank you for sharing back with us on how providing a bulk tools to remove users from an organisation would be helpful.
Being upfront this isn't something we have plans for developing right now but are continuing to watch interest in this idea grow. We will share if there are any updates.

Agree! When we get the transfer of a xero file, usually i have to delete old users and i had one with 60+ members on it and was very time consuming! Bulk removal would be epic!

I have a similar but different issue. I hired a firm to manage my books and they assigned an advisor to whom I granted general permissions, including the ability to add others. There are now 98 other members of that firm, from around the world, with whom I have no relationship or need. At the moment, my only choice is to go through the multi-step removal process for each one, and I just don't have that kind of time.

It would be good to be able to bulk add/delete users in the Organisation settings. We have invited multiple external user as part of our audit (which took a while), who i now have to remove, but I have to do each employee, in each company individually- thats apprx 10 employees across 50 companies so very time consuming.
Would be much easier if there was a tick box to select so we can delete in bulk
Also, we use ApprovalMax for approvals, and when adding a new user you can just add in all the email addresses in one go and all the invites are sent - its much easier to add users when dealing with a large group!
