Practice Manager - Dropdown boxes should ALWAYS be searchable
One example.. editing Client details, there is a Title field, it is a dropdown box with heaps of options.
It should be possible to type something into the field to filter the results.

If you can't do the type ahead fix imeditally, at least group the common titles at the top. Client registration has become extra tedious having to scroll passed all the military and royality titles just to get 'Ms'
Also why is HRH an option? Monarchy is tax-exempt! -

When adding the client's title you used to be able to type directly in the dropdown box, e.g. 'Mr', and it would take you straight to the option. Now you have to scroll all the way down to 'M' to find it.

When creating a new client and selecting their title e.g. Mr/Mrs, allowing this to be searched by typing in the start of it, rather that having to scroll through the entire list of options - A through to M is a LONG list, another thing that was taken off when the new update occurred, a nightmare for Admin staff!!!
