Reports - Ability to include Draft bills and invoices in cashflow reports

I would like to visualise how draft bills and invoices affect my cashflow, something which I know is not possible at the moment. This would allow me to predict how multiple open quotes & projects could affect my financing requirements. Could this be added in future?

Hi team, we appreciate interest through this idea and would like to update that this can be achieved within the new Analytics cash flow manager tool. Cash flow manager allows you to select which draft invoices or draft bills you want to include in your cash flow view.

Draft bills and invoices are deselected by default, but you can manually toggle to include them.

    Incredibly important. Competitive products have a sales ledger, allowing future, contracted revenue to be illustrated. Xero’s absence of this (and part payments) will surface similar features that legacy products have OoTB.

    I would like to be able to include draft account payables on reports as well before being approved for payment.

    I support this request. We issue pro-forma (draft) invoices to request part payment on projects and these are very significant to our cashflow.

    It would be good if Draft invoices could have a check box 'Include in Cashflow Forecast' - better solution than having to enter a manual transaction

    This would really help with cashflow and profit projections - without it - our reports are actually pretty useless.
