I would like to highlight an important matter regarding the current process of downloading and manually emailing year-end statements. Unfortunately, this process is quite time-consuming, and I believe it could be improved to enhance efficiency.
Given that monthly statements can be easily emailed through Xero, I would appreciate it if your team could consider implementing a similar feature for annual statements. This would greatly streamline the process and save valuable time for users.

This is so time consuming as most companies I work for want yearly statements as the ones sent each month are normally lost

Annual CIS Statement Emails

Would it be possible to be able to "Send Statements" for the full previous tax year on Xero to all subcontractors, rather than having to manually download and send each contractors certificate?

Would it be possible to create an annual CIS subcontractor statement, showing the Gross, CIS deductions and net payments for all 12 months in the tax year please?

Every year we have subcontractors who request an annual statement to confirm all their payments/deductions for their Tax Returns - PLEASE can this facility be added to Xero, I honestly think most businesses would benefit from this basic (and I'd have thought, obvious) facility.

Note - I download the monthly PDF Statements and email those to each subcontractors but this request is for an annual summary report for each individual subcontractor, verification for what figures to include in their Tax Returns.

So glad i have found someone else pointing this out. Seems like such an easy feature to email out the annual statement or copy of each monthly statement. We've got 159 Annual Statements to send out individually!
