I am advocating for a graph showing cumulative revenue for each month of the year compared with past years.
It is actually a simple graph to produce.
It is quite a useful graph as it provides an early warning of what needs to be done now so that whatever needs to be done can be done within the time frame. An easier way to say this is that it provides early information in order for us to act on time.
I only advocate that this be done for revenue only and not for anything else as the idea of the graph is to focus only on revenue; we don't need any distractions.
